Location was absolutely the best. Just off Sultanahmet into a quiter street . Staff who were ready to guide you correctly to the right restaurant, mode of transport, arranging transfer, even sending a staff along for my safety when i needed to withdraw cash from an ATM ! Breakfast set in a little corner but had an amazing Turkish breakfast spread that you would have in a fine restaurant !

I like the new decorations of room with nice wall color and new toilet accessories, the room looks new with new features , the location of hotel is nice , its located 300 m or less from Sultan ahmed square, alot of coffee shops and restaurants are around

The family room size is small little bit. No isolation system is available because i can heard the sound in corridor and reception as well since my room is located near reception desk.

We booked a family suite which had two attached rooms and two separate toilets. Super convenient since we were travelling with kids. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel location was a few minutes walk from aya sofia, blue mosque and close to grand bazar and Egyptian bazar. The breakfast was a big spread daily, had plenty of healthy and yummy options and was the meal I enjoyed the most every day. The kitchen staff promptly provided support, replenished food and cleared tables. We even had breakfast before time when we had to go for cruise. We also tried several good restaurants which are literally in the same street as the hotel. Aya Sofia area has some great street food which the kids loved and we could do that daily since it was so close. The area is full of tourists and i loved seeing them going up and down from the hotel window. All in all, we loved our stay at the hotel and look forward to another visit some day.

The hotel is near to Hagia Sophia, 3minutes by walk but any other point of the city can be reached in 20-25minutes by walk. The breakfast was good, many different possibilities. Staffs are helpful and speaks english very well. The bed is quite good, climate works properly. The view from the room was not so nice but silent as it is can be in the centrum, so based on the location you can have better view or silent room, this was the 2nd.

There was a plastic fork in the fridge when we've arrived and it remained until we've left the room (4days), There are some parts which is important too renovate soon, like the faucet which was supported by sampoon box, to stay the place.

It had a good location. Quite central to all the points of attraction. Fairly clean and well kept. Except the rooms were a bit small, but then it’s a place where there are too many tourists traffic.

On the 5th floor the ceiling was too low to enter the washroom. 5th being the top floor there is limitation to how high one can build, so I could understand this. I just thought of station the 5th floor rooms its ceiling to enter the washroom was low. But then one does not go there to keep going into the bathrooms. We were out most of the day. It’s a good Hotel Florina and we highly recommend if you want your $ or € or £ or ¥ to go a long way. Their breakfast and staff very very good and all were very helpful and friendly. Excellent location , Friendly and helpful Staff ,especially Mr Ramazan from reception that give us good advise and help us to plan our visit in Istanbul daily. We booked 2 different tours with the hotel and we was happy with. Dinner tour on boat and Nature adventure (fair prices Too). Rooms are clean , Good breakfast. Really Good Value for money , we stayed 9 days in 2 connected rooms . Family Safe area and Location ! Can't complain and would recommend to everyone !! Thank You

Very comfortable Superior Single room, with coffee / tee facilities, a balcony facing a quiet backyard with trees, nice bathroom too. The heating worked perfect. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was abundant and delicious, with some new traditional dishes everyday. Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar are literally around the corner. The tram line 1 is less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and the harbour 15 minutes.

Excellent location and value for money. Was very clean upon arrival and the hotel staff, specially Çağri was really helpful with any information or help that i asked for. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient, cleaned the room almost every day with fresh towels and stuff. They also had airport transfer facilities that you could hire, but i didnt use that as i had my own arrangements. They even suggested cheap off-season tourism stuff.

The phone in my room wasnt working, as i had to rely on the reception to give me a call when the driver would arrive for my pickup for my appointments. They did acknowledge the problem and took the phone away as they said it was the line that was faulty and not the phone. It didnt get fixed during my 7night stay, but the reception was really helpful and would come all the way to the 2nd floor to knock on the door and let me know that my driver has arrived. Also, the kitchen should have a working microwave, as the guests sometime have leftovers that they bring back to the hotel, would be nice to warm up the food with.

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of old city. Everyone in the hotel was friendly, polite, helpful. Great breakfast, but no coffee. But this is not a problem. Just 100 m from the hotel a stylish coffee place is located, with one the best coffee I have ever tried in my life. I highly recommend this place for your stay.

Everything was on a high level. I honestly have nothing to complain.
