The location of the property is excellent. Close to everything. They upgraded our room for no extra charge. We had a balcony and we could see part of the city from above. The breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is served on top of the building which gives an excellent view over the Bosphore and Aya Sophia Mosque.

I don’t really remember anything that I didn’t like. Maybe the only thing is we didn’t know that we can order loaded omelets during our free Breakfast. I wish someone explained that to us. Also, the orange juice during breakfast was not good.

The location was amazing, just 200 meters away from a true wonder of the world is something else... the views of Haya Sofia are unbelievable. Very nice restaurants, hamams(baths) and other amenities nearby is a nice extra to have. The staff is incredible, every single person from the bellboy, to receptionist, restaurant staff on the rooftop, and even the Hotel manager, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful... at every second they helped us with everything, can't speak highly enough of everyone!

Breakfast didn't have too much variety, it's definitely the only improvement point I can mention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arden City Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Omer, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. The breakfast staff were also exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Each morning, I was greeted with a warm smile and impeccable service, which truly set the tone for the rest of my day. Additionally, I must commend the concierge boy for his exceptional service. He was always on hand to offer helpful recommendations and assist with any queries I had during my stay. His attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Overall, my stay at Arden City Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were pleasant, attentive, kind and professional. The location was perfect to see sights and near tram line. The bosphorus room had a lovely balcony view of Hagia Sophia and other attractions. The room was made each day. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was a fantastic stay from start to finish I loved this place!

The bed could have been a bit less hard but it was a lovely room. The restaurant is on terrace but closes around 11 so not much night noise either! Hard to find faults at all!

We liked the staff, everyone was super kind, caring and supportive! They gave us smile everyday and every time we meet with them. So positive and bright! Special thanks to the wonderful Emre who upgraded our room just because we were smiling and positive! He also made our stay amazing and special and explained all of the main attractions, restaurants boat trips on the map, everything we need to know. We also liked the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant - always very delicious and warm. Last but not least, we loved the location, just right in front of Hagia Sofia! Lots of restaurants, shops and public transport around. Perfect location!

The hotel is nice and clean. The location is perfect all the tourist attractions are in walking distance. The receptionist, Emre, is a really helpful person, he is Always there for the guests. The view from the top roof terrace restaurant and from the rooms on the 6th floor is outstanding. It is a marvellous feeling to wake up every morning with the view of the Hagia Sofia. Next Time in Istanbul is Arden City for sure.

The breakfast was just enough but not a really great choice.

The hotel location is perfect to visit Sultanahmet's attractions. We had most of our meals at the Hotel restaurant. Good Turkish food very reasonable priced. Excellent service, view and atmosphere. Excellent reception service: always willing to help.

We had the Bosphorus room. For the price we paid we had expected a bigger room.

The location is excellent, just 2 minutes away from Hagia Sofia and Blue Moschee market, but also very close to the Spice and Grand Bazar (5-10 mins). We have made reservation for one standard room, but at check-in we were told we got an upgrade for the Sultan Suit, the biggest room in the hotel. Needless to say it looked incredible, it was huge and it made our stay at the hotel even better. We got a peack into other rooms as well from the corridors and they looked very good as well! Everything was very clean, including the bathroom. The staff was really helpful, especially Mr. Urkan, who helped us make another reservation at their hotel for the following period, even though one of his colleagues told us we cannot make a reservation on spot (even if we pay) and need to write an email to have availability checked. Mr. Urkan also helped us with a public transportation card that we needed and with everything else we have requested. He was very supportive and kind! Overall, great stay!

The ammenities on Booking mention the hotel has a parking, but that is not true. However, there is a public parking just 2 streets away and the staff was very nice and helped us get there, park and easily talk to the parking staff. After all, our car was just as safe as in a hotel pqrking and it was very close to the hotel.

The staff at Arden City Hotel were very polite, friendly and always available to help. Check-in was simple, room ready immediately, late check-out offered, housekeeper very attentive, reception always staffed. We booked a dinner cruise via the hotel which was great, and all our options explained to us for days out exploring Istanbul. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short walk from Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, the tram station, the Grand Bazaar, it was very convenient. I would stay at The Arden City Hotel again and would recommend it to others travelling to Istanbul.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is exceptional, the room is comfortable and clean, with a wonderful view of the greatest sights of Istanbul. The staff is very friendly, especially Ömer and Bariş. All recommendations for this hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet.
