everything really was exceptional from the staff to the room like i’ve never stayed in a hotel and this much fun and taken care of, i like Ali at the reception he helped me with everything i asked him for so does Bilge, and for the rest they were melisa and karem too were helping me during my surgery and recovery time, mainly i like the people who worked there, and the rest was perfectly good 🖤

if i can thing of one thing during my 14 days here, is nothing honestly, there isn’t anything to not like it here

you truely feel at home. warmth of the staff.. everybody speaks good english... the advice about outside activity is SPOT on. taxi service is easy as the front desk make it happen in less than few minutes. I usually travel with a computer. I did not bring a computer with me. and the computer available is "Turkish" and not global.. But this is OK, I will be brinbging my comuter next time

Location is amazing, at a quiet place featuring the mountains. Spacious rooms, nicely decorated with comfortable beds Cheerful and friendly staff especially the front liner Gagla who was so professional and friendly Beautiful restaurant with tasty food A la carte menu is also nice and not expensive Nice shopping centre walking distance from the hotel Beautiful mountain view from room. 10 mins driving to Taksim

Gym could have been better since it's small and basic

You will wonder about this cosy place a lot. In real life it looks better, than on the pictures. The spaces (e.g. lobby, restaurant, gym) are just the right size, or perhaps even will appear small at first. However, exactly this makes this place homy. You feel cared and to be in a familiar place. At no point do I felt being in a mass, big hotel, despite the eleven floors it had. The experience neared a boutique hotel stay, the designers and staff did an excellent job.

Its a temporary unconvenience, but the construction site next to the hotel have had an impact on the quality of sleep. The construction works not only start way too early, but if you are unlucky, you will listen to a barking dog all night (1 out of 2 nights)

Clean & quite

Hospitality is very low Staff don’t speak English They have a cafe in the interance but you never find anyone to serve you and if they show up they usually behave in a very bad way And they don’t speak English And I don’t understand why the restroom in the lobby is locked with a card and you can not use the guest room card to open it

- Very clean and tidy hotel - friendly and helpful staff that don’t save an effort to extend their support especially Mr. Kareem and Ms. Çagla - Restaurant with great view on the city - near to most of Istanbul sites. Just 15 minutes on average by taxi.

- Water is limited to two bottles each day. I f you need more, then you need to buy it from the restaurant. - If you plan to rent a Vito, you must pay the hotel and only the hotel in cash. no option for payment by credit card which is a very strict and not helpful policy.

everything was great except the parking..yes it is free, but there is no elevator, you have to walk and climb the road to reach the hotel...hotel says they are trying to get the permission from municipality to build an elevator. if you travel with your car, you have to always do this exercise. Apart from that, the hotel is new, staff is friendly and helpful, and smiling always, the hotel was crowded but not noisy, the room was clean and everything was above average.

As said above, I did not like the elevator issue. Also, terrace is not open. Food in restaurant was very expensive as expected from almost all hotels. but I dont mind that part much. Turkish food is often deserved that much.

The hotel is close to all the best malls in Istanbul just a few minutes away for those who come for shopping. The place is in a safe area, the hotel staff especially at the reception was kind and helped us a lot with a reservation we booked for the hotel and did not arrive. The rooms are large and clean and very warm and there is a feeling of security, comfort and pampering. Breakfast is definitely reasonable at the hotel! We had a very very very good experience especially with the receptionist named Galga she was generous and with a sense of service that I have never encountered in any hotel !!! Just amazing and the hotel is highly recommended !!

Overall Good property But Only 1 thing is there is no DINNER Facility available at the Hotel Restaurant has to be Upgraded As its mostly international tourists and visitors come and stay and for dinner there is nothing much Please look into the matter Further Een for Lunch there is very less options Except Restaurant rest is good
