Super location, very close to Tophane tramway station and the harbor which has a wonderful promenade. The rooms were spacious and every „apartment“ had its own bathroom. The terrace was also a big plus! Size, general amenities, location, staff was definitely worth it!

It has its flaws. Loose screws were standing out of the bed frame, the tap was wobbly to touch because it was just glued in, the windows were hard to close all the way. It’s not new or modern and could need some small fixes.

We loved the location and the assistance that was given to us. Loved the surprise view from the balcony and being able to step out into the frresh night and morning air. Loved the space that having a living area and a separate bedroom provided.

There were no utensils/cookware provided that would allow us to use the microwave, toaster oven or cook top. If we did want to use the facilities, there was no plug that would allow you to fill a sink (in the bathroom) to wash up. This was not a big deal as there were lots of lovely cafes and options in the area - were locals would also eat not just the tourist crowd.

We stayed at the property as two families traveling from the USA and Russian ( 4 adults and 7 kids) and absolutely enjoyed the location and the view from the balcony, very friendly and supportive stuff, very laid back atmosphere, no pressure from neighbors or stuff( since kids were loud sometimes). The property was clean, spacious, definitely has an authentic Turkish atmosphere to it. We had everything we need, caffès nearby, local fruits.

I very much appreciate help of the staff to arrange transportation for two families, open communication ( prior to our visit and during our stay). We would definitely come back and highlight recommend it!

The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and always reachable. Twice on our first two days we got lost they directed us and fetched us when we could not find our way. They were kind enough to even find and deliver us food at night. The location has you walking all nearby tourist areas, tram and metro just a few hundred meters away.

We didn't have English language cable television and no washing machine although they did the laundry for us!

Overall, it was value for money. The staff, especially the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us with getting food delivered to our room directly from a local turkish app, helped us with excursions booking and even helped us with translating time to time.

We booked whole apartment (i.e., with 3 rooms). On our second night, the AC broke down and stopped working. We contacted the staff right away and he tried best to fix it but an expert technician was required but he never showed up. The staff contacted the technician multiple times but he never came. I could see the staff did their best but they couldn't do much more, so I don't have anything against the staff of the hotel.

We stayed with a group of 7 people and got a flat with 3 bedrooms, each of which is an independent hotel room with a fridge, bathroom and a minimalistic kitchen. Everything was clean. We were allowed to check-in a bit earlier, as soon as our rooms were ready. The location is really pleasant, communication with the hotel was clear. Also, access to the cosy roof terrace was really nice in summer.

Although every room has a small kitchen and a set of dishes, there were no cooking supplies (oil, salt, etc.) However, the receptionist provided as with salt and a sponge, and frying pans turned out to work fine without oil.

great location amazing stuff

The location of the hotel is perfect to visit the area around Galata tower and Taksim square and to reach other touristic sites by public transport. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in a studio with one double bed and two couches that are really comfortable for sleeping. There was enough space for a family of four and there was everything we needed. We recommend for a short stay in Istanbul.

Streets in Istanbul are quite noisy and we could hear street noises also in the evening. The mattress may be comfortable for people who prefer softer mattresses.

The location is great, a few minutes from the tram stop at Tophane that takes you easily to Sultanahmed. It's also a few minutes walk to Galata Tower and the Galataport. The staff at the Hotel were amazing and very helpful all the time. The hotel is pretty simple but for the price it's what we expected. There are some nice places to eat nearby and a small shop etc. Would definitely recommend for those interested in a small friendly place great location within a budget.

It is an excellent location to stay as everything is close by. The ferry port and tram stations just working distance. It is a 3 star hotel but the service of 5 star. The room was according to the pic. I just want to mention specially" Ulvi " he guided us how to go to places by tram and anything we requested was done. One night I was feeling hot and messaged the desk on WhatsApp to turn the heater down, the time I messaged was 23.45pm and the reply was I will be there in just a moment from the night staff . Sure enough he was at our door within 5 minutes to sort it out. I will stay here again.
