- bed is not very comfortable - room in 4th floor is opposite to the breakfast area so it was a bit noisy in addition to noise from water sounds in pipes or so - no daily water bottles although it was mentioned that two bottles are free daily

The rooms are immaculate and the staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and entertaining! It is literally one block from the Blue Mosque and couldn’t be more conveniently located to the sights.

If you’re looking for a swimming pool or workout room, this is not the only lace for you. However, walking 6+ miles a day in seeing Istanbul easily replaced any need to workout or lounge around the pool.

Staff were super friendly. Location is awesome. Breakfast was amazing. We had a quadruple room which had two separate master rooms in it. Water pressure was amazing in the Bathrooms. Beds were comfy. We asked for iron and iron table and they provided them for us. Location is close to historical places, tramva, and turkish restaurants. Breakfast has a wide range of varities and they were delicious. But above all of these, Malik, Suleiman, and Yonus and all other were amazing staff. We will definitely come back. I hope they keep their service quality at this exceptional level.

The hotel is a jewel. It's a new hotel and extremely fit for tourist(s) (re)/visiting Istanbul. The Theodosius column and Blue mosque are literally 'next to the door"close (2-3 minutes by foot) and contribute to an amazing breakfast view. A particular note for the excellent quality of the bed - after wandering for hours, most rewarding is a good sleep in an excellent bed, and the beds are top. Second, the sound proof really works - we booked 2 double rooms, just opposite the breakfast room and one next to the elevator and couldn't hear anything disturbing, though personally I am light sleeper. Breakfast is diverse and every morning there is little something added/ changed to the menu, which shows the attention for customers. Very clean and everything is good quality in the room, the fact that that hotel is new is definitely a contributor to the room status. The team is very welcoming, for example while waiting for a transfer, taxi etc., you're invited to enjoy some tea. Very helpful as well. We went onto the Byzantine tracks, beyond the most visited touristic objectives, and we were looking for less touristic former Byzantine churches, currently mosques, so we got support into finding the Turkish names, by which one can actually find them (Zeyrek, Fethiye, Tekfur Sarai, Kanli Kilise etc.) Definitely number one choice for accommodation for next time in Istabul.

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave everything is faultless. The staff are excellent. This gem of a hotel is stunning snd modern and it’s right in the heart of things overlooking the Blue Mosque. It is absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast is amazing. This hotel should be classed as 5 star hotel not 3. Our room and beds were comfortable and clean. We had a family room. It is situated in a beautiful garden area. A prayer mat is provided for your stay. We had an amazing holiday and staying in this cute hotel made it even better. They kindly gave us a delicious sweet hibiscus sherbet drink upon arrival and upon exit they gave us a gift of Turkish delight and a fridge magnet bottle opener. We highly recommend this amazing, perfect, tasteful, clean, refreshing, ideal and attractive hotel.

A better question would be what didn't we like and the answer to that is a resounding nothing. From the hotel's location, to its staff, the breakfast, the room, and everything in-between, we could not have asked for a better experience. A story that just shows how great this staff is is that we were planning to buy a rug from one location and a member of the staff went out of their way to direct us towards a more legitimate shop with far better prices and quality and even called ahead for us. Furthermore, any question or request that we had the staff was more than willing to help answer.

The fact that whatever hotel we stay at next will pale in comparison to this place. Our bar for quality hotel has been set so high than everything after this will be a disappointment.

Breakfast had a rich selection, excellent taste, with a wonderful view on the terrace. A selection of both European and Turkish cuisine. Lots of fruit as well The staff at breakfast was very helpful and pleasant. The staff at the reception was very helpful, always ready to give advice on how to organize daily tours. Immediately upon arrival, he introduced us to how public transport works, the tram and the metro. He also helped us with the selection of Turkish baths. The location of the hotel was very convenient both for our business meetings and for visiting the sights of Istanbul. The availability of ATMs, exchange offices and, above all, tram line No. 1 is very convenient. 5 minutes, which leads across the European part of Istanbul. It was my 3rd time in Sultan Ahmet, so if I was still looking for the perfect place, please understand that finding a place that is both convenient and CLEAN is not easy on that area. There are no big chains. That said, Haci Bayram is operated at an international, executive standard. I will never stay anywhere except this hotel. From service, to convenience, to view and everything in between it is hands down the best experience. I would give it 100 out of 10 if I could. Please look no further, and book this location with your eyes closed, you will not regret it!
