The hotel is located right in the center of the old city, very close to all major attractions, restaurants, bars. The room was decent in size, kinda small for my taste but was ok. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The fridge in the room, facing the bed, has transparent door and the light is annoying. A small inconvenience. The major one though is the noise outside. So unless you sleep like a wooden log :) or you also party outside till morning (1:30 - 2:30 am), you should probably look for a different hotel. In all honesty we have seen this in other comments as well but we decided to take a risk.

Thank you for the nice stay and service at your hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around the city and everything you need is in short range and walking distance. I would recommend to book the airport shuttle service offered from the hotel, the pick up from SAW and the drop off were well organized and the cars used are very comfortable.

The hotel is in a noisy area because of all the restaurants around, but you know this before booking. I would advise you to bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to loud music etc.

The staff was particularly kind and helpful. The rooms were well appointed.

The location of the hotel was not as envisaged based on the photographs on Booking.com. The hotel is located in a very busy (vibey?) pedestrian street, which we did not anticipate.

prime location within easy walking distance to museums, attractions, shopping ... and also to metropolitan transit. i was able to go all over the city with no probloem. the staff couldn't have been nicer. the area was safe.

the only drawback was the loud music from all of the streetside restaurants. this is a small hotel, but if you ask for a room on the top floor and around the corner there should be no further problem. my nephew changed rooms and slept very well. i stayed on the first floor and ascribed the whole thing to local flavor but on a return trip i would prefer to be in a quieter room.

Hotel was within walking distance of all main attractions and several restaurants. Staff was very friendly and happy to help with every request. We did not try the restaurant but it seemed nice.

Loud neighborhood until late at night. It is in a difficult to reach by taxi street and some streets around are closed or blocked at night, so expect to walk a few blocks

1. Location; you can't get a better location than this - it is literally less than 5 mins walk from Sultan Ahmet , and walking distance from Topkapi palace and Haagia Sophia 2. Staff; all of the staff were extremely helpful, specially Vaysal and Ismail who were at the reception - the breakfast team was really good and enjoyed the service at breakfast every day - team was phenomenal

1. There is a bar right next door which has music playing every day till min 12 am - if you are a light sleeper and want to sleep early this could be a challenge Other than that there are no negative points and loved absolutely everything about the hotel

Very central hotel on a busy Street in this popular tourist area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped and modern. The shower was fantastic.

There were a number of noises from other rooms on the corridor and this was noticeable as there is a gap between the room door and the floor, which should be fixed. Also, there were holes in the towels and they were quite frayed, so these should be replaced. There is no internal window in the bathroom and it gets very warm after a shower, so would recommend a stronger extractor fan.

The staff were very helpful & accomodating. Perfect location. Very authentic, value for money local restaurant round the corner called Karadeniz/Poika. Also, convinience store right outside the hotel. Post office round the corner to buy tram card and mobile phone shop to buy a local sim card.

We were in Istanbul for the third time and for the third time in this hotel. Every time I love this hotel more and more. This time I liked that the staff were just polite and not lusciously polite :) The reception is always trying to help you. This is true and wonderful! Yes, this hotel has an excellent location. For us personally, this is valuable because the tram stop is just a stone's throw away. Thank you again for making it so that we live for the third time in the same room, which, as always, is very clean and comfortable. In the summer, the air conditioner quickly cools the room, this is valuable! If you are reading this review and are thinking of choosing this hotel or not, then you are definitely choosing! I can’t imagine the reason why you can regret it. We will definitely be back again!
