Look no further if you're searching for a place to stay in Istanbul with a well varied breakfast. Each staff member is highly professional and genuinely cares about the guests. They helped out with the shuttle transport (even late at night!). Moreover, it's quiet at night and perfectly located to reach all the important attractions. I would gladly return again. Personal recommendation: enjoy your dinner at Valley Hills Cafe & Restaurant around the corner, instead of going for the overpriced main tourist streets.

A wonderful Hotel. The Staff were very obliging, the facilities & breakfast were excellent, the room was very comfortable and the hotel was ideally located in a quiet area but very close to the Blue Mosque and central attractions. At the end of our stay we left an item in the safe, the hotel very kindly contacted us and then forwarded the item at their cost. An example of the excellent customer service we received during our stay. We recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I disliked during our stay in the Pruva. It was an excellent find.

The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. They kindly recommended us the best restaurants, scenic routes around the city and sightseeing tips, which we very much appreciated. They also took it upon themselves to park the cars belonging to the guests. This meant we could enjoy our stay without worrying about parking, which is a rare commodity in Istanbul. We also had great communication with the staff, giving us a helping hand with arriving to our destination. The hotel is conveniently located nearby Hagia Sophia and plenty of other touristic landmarks and shops. The breakfast buffet selection was truly impressive each morning. The room was neat and tidy, with all the amenities a guest could want.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary cake and card for birthday my wife. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The service and attention provided by the staff truly made my experience unforgettable.

They are very friendly, helpful and always smiling😊 Reception guys are very nice❤️ Receptionist Muhammed is very professional, kind and polite, you can ask him any questions and be sure he'll find an answer. Chef de cuisine Tahir is wonderful, dedicated and hardworking person, who loves his job and doing his best to reach high level of guest satisfaction. Food was very delicious) We want to thank also housekeeping department for their great job! Our room was always clean, empty bottles with water were replaced by housekeeping every day with new ones and in bathroom we always had mini shampoos, conditioners, gel and soap. Thank you so much, dear ladies, for your concern😊 We stayed in room for 3 people. It wasn't huge, but for us was enough space. The most important room was clean with fresh bed linen, no dust and when we entered it first time we received small gift from the hotel - plate with fresh fruits. That's also nice way to show attention to guests😊

Our stay at Pruva was good. Nothing to complain about. The reception staff was nice, polite, and super helpful (thank you Muhammed for all the tips). The room was bright and clean and had good daily room service. There were complimentary fruits and free water bottles every day. Breakfast was good and had excellent choices. The variety in breakfast could be improved over a few days but everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel is placed in a quiet and safe corner, not so far from the most tourist area, and still is very quiet in the evenings, so you can enjoy the silence when you come back to your room after exploring the city. The hotel is also quite close to Hagia Sophia and the historic old town. Tram and bus are also near. There are a couple of small shops nearby if you want to buy snacks, water, fruits etc. You can ask for the airport shuttle in advance and they will gladly arrange it.

Im happy to write a long review for Pruva Hotel. The first, and best thing about the hotel are the front desk and dining staff. Mohammed at the front desk was amazing, helpful and considerate. The other person, sorry I didnt catch his name, was also very good. It was our daughters birthday and the staff were kind enough not only to keep a little cake (yummy) in our room, but they also gave us the best possible room. Later, when we wanted to have a cake cutting with the family, they let us use the dining space for decorating and even switched on the coffee machine for our guests. Location is excellent, dead end street so not much noise. Rooms are modern and clean. breakfast is good and the breakfast area is beautiful. No complaints about this at all.

Small improvements that can be done, the cleaning lady was a little pushy. Obviously she spoke no English but was very pushy about cleaning the room despite the fact that we had a 2 year old with us. Second, a couple of times the AC went into fan mode at night with no remedy. So that needs to be looked into. Overall still, very close to a perfect stay. would definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

If you're looking for a nice hotel in Fatih with easy access to main attractions, the Pruva Hotel is a perfect pick. Our stay there was really great. Many attractions (mosques, cisterns, museums), as well as bazaars and shops, are within walking distance — we explored everything on foot. The hotel itself looks very modern, the room was clean and cozy. We also really enjoyed their breakfasts. I'm a picky eater, but it was very tasty there (so I ate well! :D), and every day there were new variations of dishes. And of course we liked the staff, both at breakfasts and at the reception. Thanks a lot to Muhammed and Ferhat for the hospitality and assistance. P. S. If you want to get stress-free and quickly (only 45 minutes) from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, then it is best to use the transfer service. Another thanks to the receptionists for arranging a transfer for us to the airport.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Pruva Hotel. The service by the staff was outstanding. My family and I were welcomed by Mohammed and Ferhat as if we were family. During our stay we felt very comfortable and at ease. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of fresh Turkish foods. The breakfast boys Barish and Syed were absolutely amazing. The rooms were perfect size with comfortable beds, seperate toilet and shower. The AC was super duper and room service was excellent. The lighting in the room was perfect. The housekeepers came every morning to clean our rooms and top up with refreshments. It was my mother's birthday during our stay Mohammed and his staff surprised us with a beautiful, delicious chocolate cake with birthday wishes. The hotel is perfectly located near all the touristic places like Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Arista Bazaar with walking distance. The whole team at Pruva Hotel were amazing and they all guided us so much with right information, which was so helpful, as this was our 1st visit to Istanbul. It's a small, but quite cozy and friendly hotel. The location is good, because its between Sultanahmet area and somewhat close to the sea side. Staff are good, haven't met anyone rude or with bad manners. Met Arslan & Ahmet, and both provided a good customer service, especially Arslan has given all the necessary information on getting around the right places during our short trip. If you are planning to take an airport transfer bus, it will cost you just 40liras, can get off on last station( airport to Sultanahmet) then walk about 10-15mins towards the arasta bazaar.
