We had our breakfast in the Green House. Breakfast was good and has many options. The place is also very nice and relaxing. Great way to start the day with good food and comfortable place!

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and Hilton did everything possible to make it special. The room was luxurious, staff were very friendly and helpful (the shuttle around the property was heaven sent during the rain!), and the Turkish breakfast in the Green House Garden Restaurant was both extensive and delicious. Easily the best location in Sultanahmet for seeing the main tourist sites.

Bring earplugs for an uninterrupted night's sleep. The proximity to the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque means you will hear the call to prayer in the early morning hours.

Fantastic hotel, right behind the Haghia Sofia. short walk to Topkapi Palace. VERY well located. Spacious apartment in well renovated, exceptionally appointed and decorated historical buildings. Provided good early breakfast before fasting in Ramadan.

A bit noisy, as the street outside is open to public.

Great base to explore Istanbul from, being just round the corner from the main sites, it made it easy to beat the crowds in the morning, and enjoy the area without tourists in the evening. The courtyard near reception is a lovely refuge for a break during the day/in the evening. Both buffet and order-from-menu breakfasts were great, and we also enjoyed dinner at the greenhouse restaurant one night. I booked the cistern spa for one evening and it was fantastic and even healed my foot that I had twisted on the cobbles during the day! Wonderful staff - particularly enjoyed being sent off with water when leaving the hotel. Would definitely love to stay again when back in Istanbul.

While we loved the room itself and the view of the mosque/parrots in the tree/street, the trams running every 2 minutes woke us up very early, on the positive side, this got us up and exploring much earlier that we would have done otherwise.

This is a unique and magical hotel-the staff was all absolutely fantastic and helpful, kind and quick to respond and take every request above and beyond. The greenhouse traditional breakfast is one I miss dearly-no need to order additional hot breakfast-see the standard Turkish one first and then decide-it is so much amazing food! The rooms are lovely with attention to detail at every corner. I was just overwhelmed with how beautiful and unique it was. Especially enjoyed the cistern and massages, the best way to brighten the last morning in town. We will be back!!

Excellent location... Very close to the main attractions in Istanbul - Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Hippodrome, Sultanahmet Metro. The decor of the hotel is fabulous - very much inline with the historic area. Staff was very cordial. Breakfast was good and we had two options - Turkish style and international. We could switch between these the three days we were there. They have a cistern jacuzzi which was fabulous. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities. The hotel gave us a early check-in with no additional cost to suit our flight times. They also have us a free room upgrade for us. Overall, one of the best stays we had.

Nothing much. The hotel has its facilities spread over different locations (walkable) so we need to take a buggy to reach the facilities. Vehicles won't go till the hotel so for getting the luggage from taxi to hotel also you will need a buggy. The hotel doesn't have a lift, but the staff helped us with all the luggage. These are not negatives but rather some restrictions due to unique location of the hotel and because building itself is historic. The hotel overcomes these restrictions with their impeccable service.

The staff are very professional AND delightfully friendly, all seemed very proud to be working for the hotel which is lovely to see. They were extremely helpful. Location is superbe for sightseeing the main features of Istanbul. Rooms are delightfully appointed and well kept by housekeeping. Breakfast is well presented, great diversity only disappointment of the stay was the bread and pastries.... perhaps you could look at improving your supplier of bread and pastries for freshness and texture.

Value for money and hospitality by the staff were fantastic. Each staff member truely went above and beyond to see your needs were met. The location while inconvenient at times (no cars allowed & busy due to tourist hotspot) was great for seeing Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. hotel also offered buggies 24hrs to get around majority of the area.

The location while great for seeing the six or so main sites was also a major hinderance. If you wanted to leave the area to explore the city, car transportation was at least 2hrs to get anywhere (limited public transport) and walking was extreme. Can’t be helped with the property location, and did they their best to accommodate guests.

the location was really great - which meant you barely lost time while traveling to some of the most iconic places of the city. The staff was great - especially Recep - he’d go out of his way to help. the rooms were really nice! they were very well equipped. comfortable, clean and the bathroom was beautiful too!

wish they had informed that their hamam / spa needs prior reservation and it goes sold out generally weeks in advance. I missed out on that because of non-availability. the staff was a little slow in fixing an issue in my room which was probably because of a lack of coordination between teams but I can look past that. the restaurant team was not as warm as the rest of them and that was a bit off-brand.
