The breakfast was outstanding, in a beautiful setting overlooking the golf course. The room was very big, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet. Staff were professional and friendly. Internet was excellent. Hotel had its own restaurants, Two malls were within easy walking distance. I have used this hotel on previous visits to Kampala, and have always been happy with it.

Amazing natural environment as the hotel is surrounded by golf course and very well maintained forest. The rooms are very spacious, more than in most of the hotels with same stars. It is very good and easy to catch location. Staff very nice, breakfast is 10+!

Great location, near a shopping mall and a golf course, away from city noise. They serve great breakfast

The bathroom walls were not well cleaned, soap scum build up was apparent in the grout lines. A dump dull smell was lingering in the room,probably due to wooden ceiling in the bathroom. Curtains were old, and didn't look well maintained. Also they do not keep room slippers for guests.

the bar needs updating as no one comes in there and if they drop their price for their rooms the occupancy levels would really increase dramatically 150 rooms with 30% occupancy is not financially viable so the owners think they need to increase the daily rate instead of filling the rooms.

The view from the rooms on the back of the hotel was unbeatable. Lush, green and as a bonus is was perfectly quiet day and night. The breakfast area also overlooked the golf course so it was a stunning and peaceful way to start the day, in addition to the fact that the breakfast itself was the best we had during our three weeks in the country: excellent selection, freshly brewed coffee, egg station, non - repetitive offerings.The hotel location is unbeatable - steps from Carrefour, exchanges and CJs.

The negatives were that there was a leak from the ceiling so we had to pack up and move in the middle of the stay without so much as an apology and the cleaning staff stole from us (while we were in the room!).

The location - close to restaurants, shops, yet it is very quiet with a nice view of the golf course. The rooms are bigger than hotels I've stayed in Kampala.

Some of the rooms I've stayed have broken window locks on the second floor so I had to request to be shifted to another room that had locks that actually works

Compared to previous visits the evening food was short on choices and over 4 nights became boring. The pool was very cold Now that you have moved on from covid the hotel needs to spend some money on the maintenance of the property and internal fixtures.

Visited Kampala for business and stayed at the Golf Course Hotel. Well worth the money, great location (at least for me), a clean room and very friendly and helpful staff.

The air condition was surprisingly loud, impossible to sleep with it turned on.

The welcome by the staff especially that they could call be by my name. That was impressive. The serenity and good food. The cleaniliness of the hotel was recommendable. The Wifi connectivity was excellent.

While this is minor, on one morning the lift was not working and there was no information. I only got to learn of it from some staff who were rushing upstairs and casuallly said...the lifts are not working.
