Very central location for everything. Our room had partial view of port, which was great. Bed and pillows good quality.

Curtains kind of hanging off rails - need to be secured better. Some things missing from kitchen utensils. We did not need these, but if we had been cooking we would have. Eg not enough cups or glasses.

The area was not what we expected. Removed from tourist area, and up a hill. Our mistake and no fault of hotel. But caution before you book, do your research. Room was small but adequate for our stay. And staff was highlight. Very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We arrived a bit put off, but the young man (originally from Peru) that checked us in dissolved our frustration with his positive attitude and infectious smile!

Location was not as we’d expected. At the base of main train station, at top of hill from port. Interesting walk to/from port. Recommend if it’s location fits your needs.

Decent price for a great location, 50m from the port. The room was basic but comfortable enough. The air conditioning was excellent, I even had to turn it down. Breakfast was the standard French assortment of pastries.

The decor is slightly dated and tired in places, making the hotel feel particularly "three star". Unfortunately, my visit coincided with the riots of May 2023, but that wasn't the hotel's fault and the staff did a good job of helping make us feel safe.

Nice Apartment where you have everything you need to spend some days. It is VERY central, very close to the port, perfect place. The guy in the entrance was nice, everything ok.

Well, the air condition was too strong... Even though I put it in the minimum and the temperature like 20, 22 or 24 grade there was a really cold wind coming. Because we get sick with that we turned off in the night, then of course it gets very hot... And the street is really lout. But if you want relax time you go to Switzerland in the mountains and not to Marseille ha ha ha. Also they could change the thing to water or milk hot, it was so slow that I had no idea if it was working or not :-) - But only this!

Thank you to the staff for their friendliness! We were absolutely exhausted from our 14 hour flights, and was helped with an earlier book in! Room was just perfectly sized and everything was sparkling clean. Bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Hotel perfectly located, and you can find anything you need a short walk away! Would love to come back someday❤️

Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel!

the location of this residhotel is great; right next to the old port. we stayed for one night only so the room was much bigger than we needed and we didn't use the kitchen. comfortable bed and plenty of space.

I didn't like the fact the hotel called me the day before to inform me they double booked and they wanted to move us to a hotel in the 8th arrondisement. I refused as I booked this place for the location. They found a solution and we stayed as agreed. but not nice to be stressed out the day before traveling!

When you travel for 15+ hours with two flights, it is a problem that, when you arrive at 12:00, you cannot get a room as check-in is only from 15:00! Very problematic when you are a tired traveler coming from the other side of the globe! One staff member was not very helpful - esp when it is a receptionist...

The size of my suite. It was perfect for a small gathering of my clients. Also, the lamp in the living room was bright, wonderful for taking photos. The pillows were comfortable.

The mattress felt lumpy and there were sequins and dust under the dresser that had not been swept up. There was dust that had accumulated on the air conditioner units. Also, there were flying insects that looked like mosquitos but they didn't bite.

The location is amazing, the staff were helpful & friendly. The room had a kettle, a fridge, plus a hob (that we didn't use). Hairdryers are on reception. The facilities are not luxurious but everything is clean and very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

My one gripe would be about towels. We just about had enough for a three night stay but......they could have been a bit bigger or softer maybe.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll to the Vieux Port & felt like a very safe area. Lots of lovely and reasonably priced restaurants nearby too. The hotel was a great base and because of its location we were able to drop back easily.

The only comment I have was there was no hairdryer in the room, however they had some available at reception so not a major issue.
