Great location at the airport, easy to get to with the airport shuttle, check-in was quick and smooth. The reception staff helped us so much with finding the right rooms for our family and accommodated a room change with a smile and no fuss. Great service! Especially after a long day of travelling with 2 kids and lots of luggage. We stayed in a triple room, which is great for parents and one child. The common facilities are great with a lot of space, 3 restaurant options and with a modern interior feel. The bar is very good, has a nice vibe and a good barman. A lot of lounge space to use when not in your room. We had dinner at Le Terrase restaurant. The quality of the food was very good, even though the restaurant was extremely busy. This hotel is a great option for a hassle free, comfortable stay at the airport. We took the train to Paris for the day before our flight. The station is just out the hotel door. So easy!

The bathroom is very small in the triple room. No room to turn around. Just a small shower, toilet and small basin. But this is expected at an affordable airport hotel. The positives far out weigh this.

The hotel is clean and modern with good facilities on the ground floor-restaurants and bars etc. The staff are really nice,welcoming,friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the newly renovated bathrooms are so much better than before.

The single beds are far too narrow and are quite uncomfortable. This would be an easy thing for the hotel to remedy. The main course in the buffet restaurant could have been a lot better. They tend to use cheap cuts of meat, there was little variety. I did not feel that the 3 course buffet meal at 23 euros was very good value for the money. This is a great shame-as we have stayed at this hotel many times before and the food has been a lot better quality.

2 restaurants- both closed at lunchtime. Had to buy takeaway from Monoprix. Italian restaurant open for dinner but was only serving pizza that night. Yet we had 2 emails from Ibis saying to come and enjoy our wonderful restaurants. Buy coffee or tea and you had to pay extra 1 Euro to have milk added. Time for Ibis Hotels to have a serious look at their food and beverage providers

Really easy to get to from the train. I was only using it to sleep straight after a flight and you literally exit the train station and the hotel is right there. There is a Mark's and Spencer's there too which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast bar was great too. Good value for money.

Nothing really. The room is small and has the basic amenities but that was known and expected. If you just need somewhere to sleep after a flight, this place is just fine.

Definitely the perfect destination if you must spend a night at CDG. Easy shuttle from the terminal - CDGVAL every few minutes, and a 200 meter walk from the station. Good signage. Clean and functional hotel with a good restaurant.

Staff could have been more welcoming.

The proximity to the airport was good and there were plenty of restaurant’s available. They were open late which was convenient when arriving on a late flight. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet.

We thought communication was poor. We tried to call the hotel multiple times when we landed to find out where the shuttle to the hotel picked up. We went to the shuttle bus stop and tried to get onto an Ibis shuttle but they told us the shuttle was at a different location. It turned out the shuttle was a train. Because we didn’t know this, it took a couple of hours to get to the hotel.

bed was comfortable, location was great and easy access to the airport - just the airport train for 5-10 mins and a 5 minute walk from the station. would definitely recommend this for early airport flights or late arrivals. Easy to access the city centre - about a 35-40min train ride from the station directly opposite the hotel. Also a great convenience store, with Marks + Spencer food (premade salads, lunches etc) which is great for early departures/late arrivals. Starbucks attached to the hotel.

the room size was small, but totally fine for one night stay.

Proximity to Charles de Gaulle airport: opposite the Roissypôle-Terminal 3 free CDGVAL shuttle train station, 4 mins from Terminal 2. The restaurant was still open at 11pm for sandwiches and light meals which you can microwave yourself. It has a nice terrace, which closes at around 11pm. Coffee machine and drinks and snack dispensers near reception. Friendly staff.

No fridge in my room.

Good location especially after a long 12 hr flight arriving late at night. Staff at reception were bilingual and satisfied all needs and questions. Breakfast spread was very good and hot and cold dishes. Room was quiet as it had double glazed windows to keep out aircraft noise. Wifi was available but I did not access it.

This is not to confuse this hotel with an equally named Ibis hotel at the airport. Easy to make a mis-identification. Some differentiation in branding would be useful or a warning to would-be customers.

The location, being next to Roissypole station was very convenient for my needs and there is now a Marks and Spencers just inside the station entrance. Being an aviation enthusiast I had a room on the 9th floor looking out to the northern runway which was perfect. The 2 restaurants on site were ok, the food was nice but a bit over priced in my opinion.

The room was ok, bed was comfortable but the bathroom area was very small, not a lot of room in the shower. At approximately £170 a night it is very overpriced for what you are getting but I suppose you are paying for the convenience of location.
