This hotel served us very well. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful. We had a rental car but didn't drive it into Malaga. We took a taxi as it was more convenient than looking for parking. We never waited more than 10 minutes and often a taxi was outside waiting for a fare. There is a grocery within walking distance but it was closed on the weekend. If you have a car, there is a Carrefour within 1.5 miles, too. Nice and quiet location with good breezes.

We didn't realize that the downtown area/beach was not within walking distance...I misread the map. However, the taxi served us well 10-13E. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which is very convenient for travelers. Check-in was smooth, and we were offered the option to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours before our flight, which was very convenient and provided free of charge. The breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

However, we missed having a closet for storage in the room, and there were not enough outlets available.

We only booked for one night so that we would be close to airport. The hotel was clean and we felt safe with surrounding areas. Room was very basic and served its purpose for the one night. I would book again but only for shorter stays. Staff was friendly and assisted where needed.

There are no USB charging ports in the room and no options for any English channels on TV. There was some street parking and you could pay to park in a secured lot that the hotel managed.

With an early morning flight I wanted an hotel very close to the airport and this was ideal; just 3km from the airport It’s a typical modern, bright, “coloured chipboard and plastic” contemporary hotel, designed for short stay/overnight clients. Even though I knew exactly where it was (clearly visible alongside the MA-20) it was not at all easy to get to it. A number of motorway exits next to each other and multifarious one way streets in the vicinity of the hotel made it rather difficult. In fact, I would say that it was aggravatingly difficult. Even my SatNav was confused on a number of occasions. Booking in was quick and easy and the staff extremely pleasant. The room was very modern in design and not what you would call cosy – pastel shaded panels, a really tiny hanging space on the wall and a small shelf with a red plastic chair. But the bed was comfortable and the shower powerful and hot. Unlike my stay at the Bordeaux Ibis Budget, this Ibis offered coffee, drinks and a few snacks. I really wanted more than that but there was nowhere visible in the immediate vicinity (it’s a barren area of new developments) and I didn’t fancy getting into my car to find somewhere, then not finding my back !!! So I had a rather unappetising jamon y queso sandwich, a bag of crisps and a couple of glasses of Verdejo. The drive to the airport in the morning was very easy - five minutes from setting off to handing it over to Goldcar. Apart from getting to the damned place, it’s a great spot and a decent hotel for an overnight pre-flight stay, but not my sort of place.

I am a big IBIS fan! For those who don't understand its focus, IBIS uses space in a unique fashion - removing closet walls and bulky dressers and providing what it really needed - somewhere to hang a few clothes and a flat service to write on. Then they add bright solid colors and graphic design! It's a fun space to spend a day or two - I don't think the rooms are designed for a lengthy stay. The reception and dining area(s) follow suit with their fun, colorful atmosphere and graphics! It's a pleasure to visit an IBIS and not see the same old "Holiday Inn" style environment. Thank you for a great stay! And despite what Google states as this hotel being in an industrial area, it's more like high-rise offices and a dealership, so don't be scared off. Just around the block are a few restaurants and a large grocery store. The bus stop is a short 8-minute walk.

I am not a fan or flat pillows - would like to see a choice in the room. Otherwise, the room was super comfortable and the bath area was spot on!

The hotel was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were efficient and friendly and the hotel suited our needs. The room was minimal as expected but you could get water from a dispenser with glasses in the reception area and vending machines if snacks and drinks required. There was shower gel / hand soap which smelt really nice. Parking was €6 per night in secure car park and the centre of Malaga €10 euros in a tax.

Every thing was fine

The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although there’s no kettle in the room, you are allowed to get boiling water from the cafe. There’s Aldi nearby as well as Carrefour supermarket within 10 minutes walk. Airport by Uber was only 15 Euros. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. What more can you ask for?

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Communication with the reception was easy and efficient, making my experience even better. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to be kind and supportive. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the metro station ensured easy connections to the airport and train station. A highly recommended choice for travelers!

Walking distance pretty everything... We was traveling for nearly 2weeks and really needed some laundry and Ibis budget Malaga had a laundry room which was super helpful and clean. Comfy beds, friendly staff, pet friendly (we didn't had any with up, but we seen many travelers with their well behaved doggies).

Not anogh of sockets in a room to charge gadgets.
