it’s all very well maintained, clean, beautifully decorated, beds are like clouds, with different pillow options, staff is helpful and friendly, the food is great with a lot of eating options, right on beautiful white sand turquoise water beach! I fully recommend it! We were there with our toddler and it had everything we needed for him, very child friendly and a fun kiddie pool for him to swim in. Bonus points, although child friendly, the distribution was such that you could still find peaceful places to relax. The cozy stylish restaurants are designed to make you feel like you are in a boutique hotel, food and service is amazing! I’ve been to Cancún several time and must say this one is a hidden treasure among all inclusive hotels.

Not a big issue, everything was really perfect except for one thing… all drinks were from concentrate, and too sweet for me and our toddler. Even the juice in the morning was not fresh. As I give my toddler all natural drinks, we had to stick to water the whole trip. It would be nice to have the option to ask for freshly squeezed juices, or natural drinks for us who don’t drink syrups/concentrates.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We had the best family holiday ever! My toddlers (2 and 3) loved the pirate ship, the beautiful stretch of beach and all the wonderful amenities. My husband and I haven't been so relaxed on a family vacation as we were here!! The staff were incredibly friendly and all of the food and drink was delicious! We will ABSOLUTELY be returning to fiesta Americana!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! All of the restaurants and food options were wonderful and the entertainment during the day and the evening shows were great fun! Everything was so clean and we also enjoyed a massage at the spa which I would highly recommend! Thank you so much to the staff at Fiesta Americana for such a wonderful vacation!!!

The property is nicely maintained, clean, and very spacious!

The extra fees they want to incorporate after paying for the trip… taxes/commissions. Plus the constant hounding of booking excursions with them and tipping. Having to tip every 5 secs, not so great. I go on vacay to be at the pool/beach, I don’t want to carry anything and having to be with cash handy at all times is not really a relaxing experience! I understand everyone wants to get paid but just because we spend a pretty penny for vacation doesn’t mean the funds came to us easily. We need to save for a while and I’m not for just handing it over to everybody because they struggle more. They have a job with the resort and the resort should provide for them. Not expecting us to give them money for every cup of water we ask for! Other than that my family and I had a pleasant experience.

There is not much too do in the hotel except some games from the animation. It would be nice if there were some (video)games or other things tomdo especially if it rains. The location is on a hotelstrip to go out you need to take a bus (every 2-4 minutes) or better take a rentalcar to explore the region. The formula is all-inclusive but some food you need to pay more (especially the steakhouse)

We stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary and the staff were fantastic. We were married at this hotel and some of the staff are still there since that time. Highly recommend.

This was one of the best vacations I've had so far. Here is a list of the things I have been enjoying: - great food - staff was friendly and respectful - service was great, most of the time no queues for breakfast, etc - everything was extremely clean - nice pool with separated kids area - kids club with daily activities - lots of entertainment options at the pool (dancing, contests, etc) - evening shows every other day in a nice theater (these were great by themselves, I personally enjoyed the coco show) - separate cafeteria with ice cream and crepes that were made fresh on the spot (I was there every day) - hospitality room offered in the last day to take shower as we lounged by the pool after checkout - help was provided for any subsequent asks/issues - aquaworld activities were sold inside the hotel with generous discount if multiple activities were booked (I personally booked the sub, jungle tour, ski jet and sky rider). Recommending jungle tour as first option with sky ride/ski jet second best - covid test offered inside the hotel with prebooking at no extra charge

This was so good, it's hard to find negatives, Adding some improvement ideas: - hospitality room was a really nice to have given that extended checkout was not available. the initial staff mentioned that hotel was fully booked when I asked for this, but couple of hours later a second staff was more friendly and offered the room for 30 min at no charge. This negative became a positive eventually, but worth mentioning - The ice cream shop opened at 3 pm, would have been nicer to open maybe around 12 pm? - The gift shop from inside the hotel is pretty expensive, bought couple of beach toys and a tooth brush for 100 dollars

We loved the location and the pool.

The constant ants in our room & in our beds! Also, the quality of food in the dining room was similar to cafeteria food. The restaurants that require reservations were much better. We were asked to listen to a vacation club timeshare presentation and that completely turns us off to any property. It definitely lowers the quality & value of the property.

-Only one beer option was "XX" (all inclusive). And not high quality alcohol options (just extra price). -Waiting lines for some restaurants for breakfast -They have an app to reserve and see the entertainment program, but the app have some bugs that need to be fixed, e g. it should only show the available times to reserve for dinner.

Wonderful Staff! Great resort layout and decor. Very clean. Felt safe. Pools and beach were beautiful. Food was decent. Drinks were good!

We don't love having to make reservations for dinner. The food was pretty good. The Buffet area was very noisy.
