Breakfast was very good. Staff was really nice and friendly. Close the metro which took me direct to the Octoberfest

I booked this hotel because I was expected to use the gym and parking... and guess what? Both closed.

-Treats, coffee tea etc. -The receptionists Anna and Andreas were super helpful. -Balcony. -No noise. -Lobby was also cool, fair prices.

-Walls and corners were broken, most of the corners had holes in them, we saw two insects coming out from them but they were small and non disgusting. -Walls, carpet and extra sofa had stains on them. There were 10-15 leaf particle, bathroom had yellow stains, carpet have a big red stain and the sofa has white stain. I do understand that the room was cleaned for sure but the location of stains are kind of red flag. Walls had shoe stains. -Balcony was cool but also didn't clean.

We got the standard room and despite the smaller size of it, it was enough to accommodate two people. If you plan to go sightseeing most of the day, this room should be fine. The room was very clean, and housekeeping came by every morning. The hotel is located in a safe and calm university neighborhood.

It was a bummer that there was no fridge in the room. Besides that, the bed cover was a bit too small for two people (and a bit too thin, but that wasn't a problem because of the hot weather). This hotel is located quite far from the city center. You'd have to walk 20 minutes first before reaching the nearest metro station 'Siemenswerke'. But if you're willing to start your day early, this shouldn't be a problem!

The room and bathroom were big enough and clean. Shower was in a bathtub and it is difficult to enter especially for elder or handicapped people. The breakfast buffet is good. The hotel has a nice garden. There are always staff at reception available.

There is no parking available - they said is under renovation - and outside it is quite difficult to find a place.

Really nice hotel, clean and good food and spacious rooms. Very affordable (minus breakfast). Modern look and cool, relaxing reception area. Friendly staff. Great having the pool, it was a brilliant addition to our stay though it was very cold. We asked for an additional bed for our 2 year old and this was kindly given.

Breakfast was an additional 22 euros per person and we felt this was very expensive. Due to the hot temperatures, we asked for a fan for the room as the air con wasn’t great. Sadly, they couldn’t supply one so we had to buy one and have now given this to the hotel.

We always had to stop her and tell her we're not done yet!!! At some point I went to get more fruits and found her almost clearing our breakfast!!! The table infront of us had all their breakfast cleared and had to get more. It's ANNOYING! One can't eat in peace. Tell her to stop it! -●Our smart TV wasn't functioning, we told the reception and they promised to come fix it but nothing was done. Kids were disappointed. ●To air the room one has to open the balcony door. A window would have been better

One of the best quality/price ratios I have ever experienced; we had a 4-bed rooms at a price lower than most 2-bed rooms in all similar-level hotels in Munich and around. The quality of the room was definitely high, clean, spatious, modern and spacious bathroom. Reception very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Also great stop if you just need a "pause" in Munich during a long travel by car: the position is perfect to rapidly take the autobahn.

We did not take the offer with breakfast included, and having breakfast would have been incredibly expensive - more than 20 euros per person.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I loved the view from my room. It was even better from the balcony but I didn’t get to use it much as it was snowing. The standard room was pretty comfortable and accessible for a wheelchair user (as long as you don’t need bars for the toilet).

As a wheelchair user I found the road between the metro station and the hotel hard. It was 5-7 minutes but the pavement made rolling hard.

corridors smelled of smoke, but rooms were clean and didn’t smell. Stayed from Saturday till Sunday, on Sunday morning was waking up by construction lifter at 7:40am. pillows were to high for me but not a problem for me personally

Everything was fine, we only stayed one night on our way from Italy. The children received a gift on arrival which was nice, free parking (outside the hotel), a swimming pool included in the price of the stay (which we unfortunately not visited), the option of breakfast is good and checkout until 12 is also pleasant. The room was clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable
