Some of the staff provided good service, e.g. waiters at the restaurant. One receptionist (her name, phonetically, is Andrea. Hope the spelling is correct) was exceptionally good who helped to solve our problem of car booking with very short notice and also changed our first, unpleasant impression of their reception desk the night before. The food quality of the restaurant was also good.

The location, though within walking distance from the airport, was not easy to access since one had to walked on the street for a distance. Free shuttle should be provided to take clients from airport to the hotel. There was no view at the room.

Location was exactly what I needed, right near the airport. It was more than what I needed. I have traveled here before, happy to see that there is a little place to purchase a snack/noodles. Also I love the fact that the team was helpful with printing some documents that I needed.

The idea of the hotel booking a car at a very high price, just to take you 2 min away to the airport. An uber is less than 10 lei, so is useless to book with the hotel. BUT, instead of that, you can get one car, owned by the property or if the service is not much used, just sign a contract with a small company. Put the price IN the room rate, no problem. In the end, I am convinced that most of the guests are using the airport facilities.

Location is the main draw of this clean and modern hotel; flight crews and pilots stay here. Restaurant has wide selection of food and drink. Plenty of services. 5 minute walk to departure area of airport.

Visitors should know that there is no shuttle to avoid the short walk, though Bolt and Uber, etc are available if you have many bags or weather is an issue. Because it is an airport hotel, be advised that the lobby may be busy at any time day or night. Staff are professional and efficient albeit impersonal.

I would like to note that if you need to spend the night one or a couple of nights near the airport, then this is a suitable option. We arrived at the hotel early and were accommodated before check-in time. for this special thanks. regarding the rooms - spacious, good mattresses and pillows, windows do not open, air conditioning works fine, audibility through the door from the corridor, but not critical. In the bathroom, water flowed under the glass to the toilet. Breakfast is great, lots of choice, delicious. if you will have lunch and dinner at the hotel, get ready to pay a considerable amount for this, but it is tasty and the portions are large.

The only moment is that the doors in the restaurant are open to the street and flies are flying in the room ((I would not want to see them next time

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and the fact the air conditioner was able to make our room very cold. We were thankful for the bottle of water and liked our walk-in shower with complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The room was very quiet, even though it was next to the road.

We would like a water bottle provided for each guest, so in our case, two water bottles. If there could be small, square face towels provided with the towels that would be great. They come in handy when you need something to wash your body with. If a small tissue box could be provided by the bedside, that would be a nice touch, so I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to get tissues. Also, I'm sorry, but the mini fridge in Room 007 is terrible. Even James Bond would be disappointed. It doesn't keep anything cold. The mattress was a little firm, but otherwise, it works. I noticed the courtyard (the middle of the hotel) had nothing there. I think it would be nice if that could be an outdoor lounging area perhaps to add to the ambiance.

Because I left at 4AM they had to give me a breakfast bag. This bag was great. Had a sandwich, juice, fruit, breakfast bar, and liquid yoghurt. The room was great and comfy. The little restaurant and bar was fine. Ate dinner there and it was good. Now, you are right in the flight path of the airport but that didn't bother me as there were very few flights in after dark. Just a head up, when I was there at 4AM to catch a 6AM flight back to the states, the airport was a zoo!!! Be sure to check in BEFORE you get to the airport or your line will be going on forever.

The fire alarm, set off by a smoker, as I was told by the front desk in the AM. It was around 11PM. I was asleep and it startled me. But I did the drill only to find out it was ok. So never got back to sleep. Up from 11:30 June 10 until it was 9PM in the states. Not a happy camper. However, this was not the hotels fault. Just hope they socked him with a super high fine.

There was no hot water so we had to shower with cold water due to a city water pipe issue. What we did not appreciate is the fact that no one let us know about it so i found myself having to shower in cold water as i was not aware of the issue. When i went to the Reception to kindly notify them there is currently no hot water, they smiled and told me that they already knew for hours. How come that when i checked in (an hour before i notified the staff) i was not advised about the "temporary" issue??? I mean a good shower and a good bed are the main reasons people use hotels for. That was pretty dissapointing. Other than that i have no complaints whatsoever - the facility was at classic Hilton standards.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise! Tastiest food we had in a whole week in Romania.

When I asked about airport shuttle, the person at front desk told me that it’s 200 lei/$45 which is ridiculous given the proximity. He did not share that we could literally cross the parking lot across the street and be at the airport. So glad I read a review on here and then asked about it which a different attendant confirmed it was a 3 minute walk.
