Breakfast was ok fried potatoes are a favorite in our home but you didn't have any. Pancakes are another favorite you didn't have any. The attendant was very kind to us!

For the amount of money we paid we couldn't get in the pool or the jacuzzi because the pool was freezing and the jacuzzi was broken 😒 very disappointing. The staff was very nice!

Great breakfast! Pleasant reception when I arrived.

The cable tv and WiFi were both down and not working

I was very disappointed to find I paid the price that is did for this room. There was no phone in the room, the TV had no remote so it wouldn't power on for some reason. The room seemed unfinished. Honestly, I would have rather paid a little more and got better.. very disappointed.

The beds were incredibly comfortable! That was the best part of the whole stay! Also, the waffle was good. The AC was great as well!

The list is long. Check in was terrible, no one there for close to 10 mins. Cleanliness of the room was terrible. Walls were dirty/sticky. Towels and bedding stained. Hall always smelled of weed. The entry was HOTTTT! The pool was dirty. Bathtub dirty. When they did clean, left stuff behind in room. Didn’t have a comforter on bed, had to go ask for one. We asked to have room clean, then my mom had to ask again to get it done. The lighting is pretty bad. The curtains were all messed up too, so light was coming through.

Staff was friendly

Our floors were so dirty, and when putting the towel next to the shower, it was black on the bottom. The shower curtain was ripped and had mold. The top bed cover had stains and only a sheet on bed. Had to ask for a blanket. When asking staff if the room can be cleaned, he replied the cleaning staff left already. I had asked if we could just get the floors moped because it was so filthy. Was told he didn't have anyone to do it. Was not offered anything or credit. Will not be booking with this hotel again.
