My 92 year old Dad and I travelled around Colorado for a week and you were by far the best place and best value as well!! We found the room very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely fabulous with a wide selection of choices that all were wonderful! Dad was happy to see the well placed Handicap bar in the shower. Dad and I also had fun with your apparent tie in with the O'Dell brewery (OK, they show the name slightly different but with such good beer I guess we will let them get away with that little slip up!!! lol :-) )

It was a last minute booking. Another hotel where we booked a room automatically bumped us to another day because they were booked for the night we needed. That was done with only email communication (it didn't say that they bumped us to another day in the email. If we hadn't paid attention to the dates, we would have been out of luck at 11 pm when we got to the hotel!!) The staff was very accommodating and courteous. We would have give all top rating, but the bath tub looked like it had been painted before and it was flaking off. It was till clean but that might need to be fixed.

The location was great for what we were doing. We came from Denver to ride the railroad, and it was only about 7 minutes away. I felt like the location was great. The breakfast was also good, definitely more than a standard complimentary breakfast! I felt like the rooms were clean, safe, and quiet. I'd recommend this place for someone looking for a good deal and location! Definitely not a fancy hotel by any means, but it had everything we needed.

The hot tubs were closed, which wasn't a big deal. It would've been nice to use them though!

We loved our stay! The price was very reasonable. We had beautiful views of the mountains The motel is smoke free, but all we had to do is step outside the sliding glass door to smoke. The parking is excellent! Super clean and comfortable room. Beds were clean and well made. The bathroom looked like I cleaned it myself! Over all a wonderful place to stay!! The front desk staff are extremly knowledgeable and very informative.

Karen the wonderful lady running the breakfast bar was the highlight. She was so kind and considerate and the breakfast was hot and full. The pool was a great surprise as well:)

The hot tubs running would have been much better. There was construction happening in the hallways that was kinda hazardous. We wish the restaurant was up and running as well.

The staff was friendly outgoing very helpful the food was amazing so was the server. She was one fantastic lady Karen was her name and we take our heads off to her. Also the front desk was very helpful and several different ways.

It was a small issue in regards to the TV but they were very helpful and straightening out the matter.

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. The woman maintaining the cafe breakfast was attentive, courteous, and pleasant. The facility and room were clean. All the employees were welcoming, helpful, and polite.

The cleanliness of the hot tub was of concern. The hot tub closest to the entrance was closed for maintenance and the other had murky water and an oily coating on the side of the tub under the water level. We were staying in room 201 and the occasional noise from the front lobby was loud. The heater/air conditioner cover needs repair or replacement

The staff was extremely polite and caring , Especially the kid up front at check in .. Also had a good conversation at breakfast with the general manager , pretty good guy , Looking forward to staying their again. quite, clean remodeled rooms with a extremely nice staff. what more could you want

The location of the breakfast was great. Very spacious and bright. The selection was fair. and eggs were a bit watery some days we were there. Staff was very friendly and gave suggestions for things to do.

The eggs, and carpet on the main floor are being held with tape.

Shabby furnishings, bathroom vanity. Filthy hallway carpets. No microwave in room. No plug for coffee maker--they brought an extension cord, but there should have been an outlet in place. Not exactly sparkling clean. Hairs on shower curtain, grit in coffee carafe.
