Sonesta Select Minneapolis Eden Prairie

We had a suite for a week. Close to an exit, patio w/2 chairs, two rooms meant 2 tv's, love seat w/2 comfy chairs. Very nice staff. Quiet.

Loveseat needed back pillows. Back too far back to use unless you curled up in corner. Air conditioner blows right on your head when using loveseat. But loved Sonesta and will use again

overall good atmosphere and kind staff.

Location sucked for transit, and we didn't get room service once in our entire almost week long stay. Weird but whatever.

Room was small, clean and efficient. Bed was quite comfortable. Weekend was very busy. Cynthia Y. on front desk was very professional and helpful. Would stay here again.

Daily maid service was not available. Clean towels were available on demand. Multi night rate through Booking.Com was a good value. Trying to extend the stay by one night was not a good value. Local roads are very confusing and I grew-up here.

The courtyard area is the most amazing part along with the beds 🛌!!!! Cornhole 2 games with bags checked out at desk! There’s even a beautiful fire area with beautiful outdoor furniture 😎👌🏽

The one thing if anything I’d have to say with the amazing outdoor amenities you really need some grilling area provided and the 1 thing that I dislike very much which keeps me at 3/5 ⭐️ is the rooms have NO MICROWAVE AND THE SO CALLED FRIDGE HOLDS MAYBE 8 pop cans no temp control and NO FREEZER WITH A CYCLE OF SNOOZE= 2 hours on /8 hours off

hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful; the room was very clean; the bed was wonderful to sleep on

hot tub was closed - really had counted on being able to use that with my severe arthritis and travelling; no microwave in the room was problematic. at was also unexpected

The room was vey comfortable. I loved that it had a couch for me to work/lounge on while I stayed. Everything was very clean; the bed was comfortable. Would have loved to have used the patio area I had but sadly the weather was too cold to do that.

I would have liked a microwave in the room. That was the only thing that was missing in my opinion.

Leo and Stephanie were amazingly helpful to us. Leo knew we were in a hurry to get checked into our room so we could leave for an appointment and he was great. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us with printing something on the hotel printer. Other staff gave us extra towels, washcloths, blankets, etc. upon request. Thank you! Oh, and the pool and jacuzzi were also super nice.

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is clean and modern with friendly, accommodating staff who go above and beyond to inquire about the guests and their accommodations. When my son got a bloody nose on the hotel towels the staff was kind and caring, worrying more about his health than soiled linens. This hotel feels safe and secure and that's a huge bonus when traveling with children.

We stayed here for a week. It was a very nice room, very comfortable.

Do not offer a free breakfast and stayed that room service would be give on the 3 and 7 day but we never received at all.

Room cleanliness and features were excellent. Pool and hot tub were excellent.

Poor tv quality. Gruff night shift male receptionist - needs remedial training urgently. Unsure of how room service worked.
