Quiet. Big room. Great location.

They need to shampoo the carpets on every floor. Very dirty. Had to pay for early check in if though I wasn't only 1.5 hours early. Not much of anything in the room as far as menus for places to eat or places to go.

Everything was very good and exactly how the picture described on the website!

Tv channels could use an upgrade

I truly liked the cleanliness of the place and the way the staff attended to your every need respectfully. I can’t say enough about the Housekeeping staff, these women are amazing, making sure EVERY detail was PERFECT.

I have NO complaints about this place.🥰

we loved the staff. we loved the property and the spacious dog walking area . two thumbs up on the nice staff! the maids were outstanding and most helpful. our room was fresh smelling and clean. the baseboards even clean! the sheets fresh. the beds were nice and hard like we like.

the biggest issue was one elevator for a 3 story Hotel. the second issue was the rug had a worn spot in it that small bits of carpet about the floor…. the rug looked like the vacuum ate it! the rug was unraveled like it was super duper old! there was a lot of dirt in the carpet where it was damaged too so we got icked out. we just covered it with our cooler. problem solved for us. lastly- the refrigerator was missing the plastic pieces that separate the crisper from bottom rack. other than these small cosmetic flaws that can be repaired in a hour…..great experience for us and dogs

I cannot say enough good things about Marissa (Housekeeping Supervisor), Nurca, Katrina, Shameka (Front Desk), and Bill and Troy of the Maintenance department. Anytime there was an issue with the room, their response was timely and professional. They are such nice people and made our stay so enjoyable!

Clean up the rocks on the walkway!

I enjoyed the kitchenette, the shower pressure was great. And we had hot water. The staff was good. And the room was stocked with some extras I didn’t expect, dishes and glasses.

I was disappointed with the lobby. When you walk in the room, There was an odor, And there were red stains on the carpet. Looks like the whole room including the bathroom could use a new paint job.

It is an outdated property but the location was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We didn’t feel unsafe.

The staff checking in spoke so low I could barely understand her. I asked her to speak up and she didn’t. she also asked for our service dog ids which isn’t allowed but was provided. They gave us a paper saying to ask for “treats”, but didn’t have any. There were lots of huge white stains in the hallways. There was no breakfast. The room had a smell. The towel rack was loose and kept falling.

It was a real clean, comfortable & quiet place. We could even bought our dog with us to stay! They offered free washer/dryers & made it feel like home. Check-out time was before 11am so that gave us time to relax. I loved the amount of kitchen space the room provided. Everything was VERY clean & I'm a picky person.

We couldn't stay longer...

This is the second stay I've had at this property and it is very clean. No sign of anything like bugs or anything. The first time I mentioned the smell of bug spray, the hallways and the rooms smelled much better this time which is a plus for me. I will recommend this property to friends who plan on visiting the city of Charlotte in the near future.

Limited television channels and streaming was not available. Other than that nothing else to mention.

kitchen is a big plus, super friendly staff!

we’ve stayed twice and both times the smell of cooked seafood was pretty prominent, but that comes with the territory I’m sure, and my only complaint but just because I have a sensitive stomach!
