I love the location. I am traveling alone at night w my two children and the area and surrounding made me feel very safe. my stay was a bit of emergency so the price was excellent for the stay. for u coffee lovers do not get discouraged with the mini tiny portable coffee pot, the coffee was actually great!!!

a bit older facility, but the fact that I was traveling alone w my two children the family oriented night staff man made me feel very comfortable when I checked in at almost midnight. most definitely bring your toiletries however the shampoo was great aroma therapy to end my emergency travel!!!

The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean floors were clean plenty of ice machines

Its states it includes breakfast but I spoke to the staff and they no longer have breakfast, also its a pet friendly hotel which i didnt realise till I started having a bad reaction because cat fur was caked on the bottom of the AC unit. They dont have a coin machine for the washer and dryers and staff didnt have any change, the vending machine on the 2nd floor didnt work.

I loved EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY. From check in Eric (supervisor of the front desk) was very kind and allowed me to see my room before I checked in! Once I got in my room I discovered that my heater was not working properly so Marco (maintenance man) came and snapped out my ENTIRE AC/HEATING UNIT the very next day! Erica (property manager) was very apologetic about the heating fiasco and was accommodating to me because of it! The entire staff from LaLo (night time front desk), Claudia (in housekeeping), and Ben (in maintenance) were ALL AMAZING and very kind! I will definitely stay here again!

My stay was great overall!

The bed was comfortable

The bathroom sink drain was slow to drain because it was clogged with someone else's hair. The room was clean other than the above and spider webs on the ceiling. There was a lot of outside noise from the parking lot next to the hotel, which was from a group of cars reving motors and doing burnouts for over two hours until after 9:30. This is not in control of the hotel but it was so bad couldn't hear the TV or relax.

I was relieved that my dog could stay for free without any extra deposits or stress. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cleaning ladies were polite and accommodating, always making sure I received anything I requested. For this hotel to allow pets, I did not hear any barking or smell any bad odors. Likewise, it was not loud in my room although I was on the side closest to the highway. Lastly, I like that they have hand sanitizer next to the elevators, and hot coffee all day. I would certainly stay there again.

The stairwell was a bit dirty.

The facility was nice welcoming and room was clean. The room was nice and cold had clean microwave and fridge. I travel alone and hotel area felt safe. Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable. It was a great value. I highly recommend.

Overall room and area was a great value.

It was a pretty decent experience. Before it was an old and dirty place now it is a renovated and clean place and also very comfortable.

The hotel staff had to ask them for the Wi-Fi password when it is a service and they themselves wrote the password on my cell phone and it was in very bad taste and very rude, I had to insist that I had more devices to connect and very forcefully they gave me the password and I consider it silly on the part of the staff since one is paying for all the services.In addition, they charged me more than what the app had suggested and in the end they gave me one more discount, I was not happy. Good hotel but somewhat indifferent employees.

Good value for the price.

Staff seemed bothered by guests making them work. Reserving room online always advertises a low price but no matter which company you pick to book through, the price jumps up 10-15 dollars before taxes, so it turns out 25-30 dollars more than advertised.

I had food delivered to the front that went missing. I had to re order and it wasn’t until the door dasher came back with another order and came in to identify who she handed it to that they were able to find it. Don’t steal peoples food. Come on.

The room was clean and quiet and the shower was great. We had a restful stay, with a comfortable bed and lots of room. Great places to eat are nearby. We would definitely stay again.

The location is a bit difficult to find, especially at night. The street signs are not easy to read given the relatively dark intersection and you cannot see signs for the hotel until you have pretty much arrived. I suppose using a smart phone app would make it easier, however, you can't really see the intersection for the cross street until you are on top of it. This isn't really the fault of the hotel, just an observation and after the first day, there was no problem.
