The location and the size of the 2-bedroom apartment was fantastic and ideal to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday with him, while also meeting up with friends for his birthday dinner in London. My husband and I enjoyed our stay as did our son. it was great that we effectively all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the living space allowed us to enjoy breakfast together in the mornings. I also loved the Arran toiletries. The body lotion is a particular favourite and after staying previously in a Cheval hotel…..I purchased my own Arran toiletries to use at home. Special thanks to all the staff for his signed birthday card, balloon and sweets - such a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

Nothing - everything was just spot on!

Convenient location for first time tourists. We arrived before check in time. We were offered to use the hospitality suite to rest and clean up which was great.

Everything was great except housekeeping didn't stock water or coffee pods daily. It was not a big problem since we could just call the reception desk and it would be sent over right away. Except for once when I called for some coffee pods I was told there might be a charge for extra coffee pods.... I was surprised as it was clearly your error not providing coffee pods daily. I don't think I was charged at the end but I was a bit upset.

the apartment is big , it has everything you need like washing machine. we had a great view on London bridge 😍 .. the staff were so nice Starbucks , Pual and pret a manger is near , less than 1 min walking, but check if it is halal or not ☺️

it is a little bit far from the center

It's incredible, this hotel charges for shower gel and shampoo, still 18 pounds a bottle, I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, these are free to take away. This hotel does not have any language indicating the price of shower gel and not to take away. This is deceiving consumers. Others are very good.

Great standard of accommodation, well laid out apartment allowing a family of four to spend time together or get some privacy. Loved that you could cook a meal in the room instead of going out to eat every night. Nice touch to have a pint of milk in the fridge and some tea / coffee to get you started.

Asked in advance if there were USB chargers in the room and was assured that there was, however on arriving at the room could see there wasn't a single USB charger. Went to Reception and they were adamant that I have USB chargers in the room, but then realised there were still a number of rooms that hadn't been changed over yet. This was frustrating as I could have taken chargers with me, in the end the hotel could only find one charger to loan me and I had to buy another two as a family of four can't work with a single USB charger.

We had the best stay. The apartment was stunning and spacious. The views were out of this world. The bed was so comfy and the shower was amazing!! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was spot on. It was husbands 40th birthday while we were there and they left him and card, baloons and sweets. Everything was Perfect. The staff were all lovely and friendly. We asked for some blankets so we could sit out in the balcony they were at our door within 5minutes. Everything was perfect. Thanks again Cheval team. Location is perfect. Gets you blend into London atmosphere easily. Tourists spots within 100m radius. Provides washing machine with dryer, very convenient for longer stays and family staying.

Quality of room service varies from day to day. Takes quite long to deliver to the room when requested. We stayed for over two weeks, was late for 40mins during check out and the front desk charged us for it. Was not a pleasant ending.

The view was fantastic. The facilities and size of the room were beyond expectation.

Would prefer a proper dining table instead of breakfast style high table, the high dining seats were very uncomfortable especially for a family gathering. The dining table was different from the pictures on booking.com.

the view was super, the location however for those who think the Hyde Park is the centre of activities for them then this location is a bit far.

the ride to Oxford Street, Knightsbridge and the Hyde Park are kind of hectic and long, that has surely reflected on the money spent on transportation.

The view of Tower Bridge is truly breathtaking, especially at night. The Tower of London is literally out the front door to the right and Starbucks is right across the street. The washer/dryer were very helpful during our weeklong stay. I highly recommend walking to Borough Market for food. We went 3 different times. We bought bread, cheese and wine and brought them back to our room. Make sure to get humble crumble too. Delicious!
