This place has just opened up under new management and what a gem it is! We got one of the city facing apartments with a separate bedroom. lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It's clean, spacious, comfy and every detail has been well thought out. The free hamper on arrival was great - milk, bread, jam, butter, coffee pods, teabags and a few other bits too. We didn't cook (we ordered pizza locally from Cento which arrived piping hot and was delicious!) but the kitchen had everything in it. hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. There was also a washing machine with pods provided, so handy for long stay guests. Ps the staff told me that they're installing Chromecast TV so I'll also be able to stream Netflix from my phone to the huge TV when I'm next back.

The property is in a great location near the river and Tower of London. The property was clean and well-equipped with cooking equipment etc. Was good to have two bathrooms. There was a nice view of the Shard even from the city view room. Several water bottles which was welcome. Spacious for a London apartment.

There was meant to be a welcome hamper with milk, bread and jam according to the welcome email, but there were just basic tea/coffee facilities. TV didn't appear to have the conventional channels working. Decor is neutral if a little uninspiring. The price is high but that's more about London than this specific property.

The building is renovated and all the furniture, appliances and kitchen devices are new. The location is excellent, close to Arabic, Indian and Italian restaurants, supermarkets and shops, and close to the underground station, London tower and a park, etc… . And all the reception staff are wonderful and helpful

There is no air conditioning, only a fan that works with the cooling or heating system

Tower suites were excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful suite with a view of the Thames and Tower hill castle. Location of the hotel is super convenient as it’s right next to the tube.

We had initially checked in Tower residences, however as the rooms weren’t ready at the time of our check in, we were given the option to stay at Tower Suites.

The proximity to the major London sites but without the price tag hotels give, yet having a whole apartment to use. Very clean and modern looking The security of getting into the property once checked in & using the key card for various parts like the lift, going through doors etc.

Would have been nice for some written instructions for the coffee machine as haven't used the pods before. Or where I might have found the cutlery.

Met at the reception desk by a lovely member of staff he walked me to our room and made sure we was happy and settled in, communication and standard of care was amazing the apartment was one of the best we ever stayed in and even given a upgrade on arrival, I stayed at their other property a few months before and can’t find a fault with the company whatsoever already looking at re booking with them

Perfect location, very convenient to reach all the major attractions to central London, Very easy to reach from the airport. The metro station is just a few steps away. I loved the welcome hamper with the complimentary items, fantastic area. Access to the gym was free of charge, highly appreciated. Staff very friendly and super welcoming. Apartment was very clean with all the comforts there.

My family party had three rooms, one of which was upgraded from a studio to a suite on arrival. The location, with a stirring view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, was perfect for our trip. The rooms had recently been refurbished and were really comfortable, clean, smart and well appointed.

We arrived on a wet day and it would have been useful to have had coat hooks near to our room entrances.

The staff were amazing. So helpful and attentive. Amenities provided such as milk and water were a bonus. Great location, would definitely come back again.

The hotel is super clean and the staff were friendly!
