Pullman is just adjacent to Deira City Center mall and has easy access to shops and the metro. This is an ideal place for families and tourists. The staffs are polite and helpful. Both the check-in and checkout process was very simple and reception staff Russel along with Staff Sulachana handled our stay process in a decent and friendly manner. The room is spacious,  well-equipped and clean

Only concern is, it would be difficult to get the taxi on time. Since the facility is located little inside of main road, it would be hard to find taxi on time and we need to wait for it.

I arrived on my birthday with my sister and 2 friends. Juan, one of the managers at the reception, kindly arranged for me and my sister to celebrate my birthday with a daily buffet breakfast and access to the executive lounge on the 11th floor. In addition, two Happy Birthday cakes were delivered to my room as a surorise. I felt special and spoiled.

One of the 3 elevators was out of service. Had to wait a long time for the remaining 2 elevators.

The Hotel is very clearn, nice hospitality,  and the welcome team at the entrance of the hotel are good and very friendly (thank you). Location is good, next to a mall which was very good.  Good breakfasts and good restaurants team  who are very cooperative with all the guests at site (well done Team). Also  the  vehicle attendance at site (at the hotel) are grate and very friendly (we appreciate their service ).

Having indicated the good side of the Hotel and the staff, the only negative  thing I noticed  is the Front Desk team who do  not small, or to say, a positive engagement with their guests when you approach them during arrival process for room allocation. According  to the the hotel  policy,  check in was 3:00 PM. We arrived at the Hotel at 2:40 PM, we were not checked into our room until 3:42 PM, although  there were other room suitable , we were not considered because  we weren't priority , although we have been at the same hotel on many occasions. The people who make such decisions are the senior  front desk supervisors who are not friendly

extremely convenient and within proximity to most destination in Dubai. Metro access was great and the hotel was connected to the mall where you can shop, eat and take the metro all over. Food quality was good and staff very professional. Great Gym!

Actually, there was nothing that bugged me during my stay. little bit pricy in my opinion when compared with other hotels near by. The coffee shop in the lobby can be improved as there was almost nothing to have as a dessert with an afternoon tea time.

We had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the exceptional service, our stay was truly memorable. During our stay, we encountered a small issue with our connected rooms. However, this minor hiccup was quickly resolved, a speccial thanks to the prompt and efficient action taken by Emma Gathru the Hotel Manager. Their willingness to address our concern immediately and relocate us to more comfortable accommodations demonstrated a high level of dedication to guest satisfaction. It's moments like these that truly set Pullman Hotel apart. Additionally, I'd like to extend my gratitude to the receptionist Mr. Moutaz who assisted us over the phone to confirm our booking before our travel date. Their helpful and courteous demeanor made the reservation process seamless and reassuring. Our arrival coincided with my daughter's birthday, and the hotel went beyond to surprise us with a small cake and lovely card, It was such a heartwarming gesture that made her day even more special. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The combination of a clean and well-maintained property, a dedicated and proactive management team, and the helpfulness of the reception staff make it a top choice for travelers seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.

location was good but the breakfast items were not up to the standard

front desk services should be upgraded as this time we had to wait for 5 hours for check in and we are your customer since last 15 years and there is no perks and benefits ever given for selecting this hotel every year۔ Other hotels give free upgrade or add dinner complimentary etc۔ we consider this hotel as our second home so we hope that you will consider our suggestion seriously۔

Seafood Buffet at Dinner!!!! Unlimited grilled Fish !!! too much.....too much...Loved it. Press 2 in the lift and you are in Deira City Centre, what else do you need in life?

Great staff...great location. Very nice breakfast.

One of the three main elevators was either broken or not in use during my 5 day 4 night stay ... resulting in annoying waits to go up or downstairs. Also, having stayed in seven or eight different hotels in Dubai over the past three years, hotels of the same caliber, it seems to me that the Pullman is overpriced by about 20 percent compared to similar hotels.

The location of the hotel, easy taxi access and the metro is nearby.

Some of the guys who were cleaning our room were a little racist. Once they realised we were blacks, we had to ask for them to fill the bath gels, shampoo, tissues because they would not put. It happened for three days until the shift changed. In the restaurant, there was one guy who looked arabic simply would not serve us when we requested for any service. He would ignore us and would seemingly prefer to assist anyone who was not black. We have stayed at this hotel before several times but this time we felt like the standards had gone down. Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay.

I like the breakfast because it's very rich and the staff were very helpful. The executive lounge was quite good and staff were responsive and professional. House keeping was spot on. Gym, Sauna and pool area were easy-to-use and on point.

They didn't have any creamy drink like Irish cream at the executive lounge. There's no football channel at the executive lounge TV and the staff at the sports arena bar on the 1st floor were not very friendly. So if sports could be added to the executive lounge, I won't go to the bar.
