The hotel has a very good location - it is a 10-minute walk from the metro Dubai Internet City and 100 m from the bus line, which will take you e.g. to Dubai Marina. There is a 24/7 open shop in the building, which is very convenient. Nearby (3-8 min walk) there are 2-3 restaurants where you can eat very well and cheaply. There is also a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are ok, cleaned every day. Well soundproofed, no noise from the street. We booked 2 rooms for 2 families. Initially, we were assigned one of the rooms smaller than the one booked, but it was easily changed to a slightly larger one with an additional sofa, suitable for a family with 2 children. Staff very nice and helpful. Very good breakfasts, large selection of products, everyone will find something for themselves. Pool open until 10 p.m. Great internet. We are very pleased with our stay at Golden Tulip Media Hotel.

The hotel declares that it has a bus that takes guests to the beach. In practice, it looks like this: it can only take a limited number of people from several hotels, some people will not be able to get into it. The bus is allocated by the government, the Hotel has no influence on its size, but Hotel should inform you that the capacity of the bus is limited and not everyone can get on. However, access to the beach by public transport is neither difficult nor long, so you can easily get there on your own. No problem at all. However, we appreciate the hotel's help. As soon as half of our family could fit into the beach bus, the hotel organized its own small bus for us, in which my husband and our second child reached us.

The hotel was fantastic. They allowed us an early check in, already around 10 o'clock in the morning. The staff is extremely friendly, as well as the employees at the reception, who did everything to make us enjoy our stay at the hotel. the rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean, and the employees came to meet us every day for everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, the location good, bearing in mind that you need a taxi wherever you go. Pool is very nice. The hotel also organized a free shuttle service to jbr beach and several shopping centers. rating 10 for the entire stay. Usually i dont write so long reviews, but this hotel and employees really deserved this.

We are always go around the world for holiday but the Golden Tulip Media Hotel is one of the best hotel we ever stayed in terms of comfort, cleanliness, great food , wonderful environment and all the staff namely Jenellyn, Marilyn, Francis, Islam, Gamal, Dulanji , the Chefs Anthony and Yasser , Usama, Salim, Ali, Kadek ,Mohammed are all great, very helpful, nice people and genuinely friendly.. and also the lobby coffee shop staff like Deon, Alexis and Joseph are also very helpful and nice.. They are all the best… and we really enjoyed our stays there and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Dubai.

Arrived very early 6am but no early check in until after 10am. We were able to leave bags. Staff very helpful and got a free upgrade. Room clean and very comfortable bed. I was able to get some fresh milk for the tea/coffee to keep in the mini bar. Breakfast was OK, egg chef doing omelettes and fried eggs.

It was a bit further from the station than expected. Some yoghurt would be nice with the fruit at breakfast. The free shuttle to the beach is a joke. Only goes 3 times a day and only has 30 seats and picks up at other hotels on the street too. There is no queuing or reservation system and fairness and manners do not exist.

I like the service, location of the hotel and shuttle bus to the beach. Thank you for your kindness.

All the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and well-mannered. This was the 2nd time we stopped at this hotel, and we continue to book here on our future visits. All staff took great care of us and made sure our stay was pleasant and safe. We looked forward to greeting them every day, and likewise, they did the same. Cleanliness of the hotel was 10/10. Customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel. Even if you visit on your own, you will not feel alone. A special thank you to Peter, Micheal, and all the security staff excellent at their jobs made sure we arrived back at our hotel safely day and night. Prashanth, Sherif, Ali, and concierge staff, we looked forward to seeing you all every day . Neven at reception is particularly efficient, very helpful always with a large smile, ready to give cheerfully advice & recommendations. Chabdan from housekeeping is professional kindly answering rapidly any demand. Milton at restaurant is smart & helpful. I appreciate all their gestures to make stay & visit enjoyable. It's the best place ever. The hotel is so amazing, with all its amenities, super clean, perfectly located, with beautiful cozy rooms. But what makes it perfect, is the hotel's stuff. They are so nice, so polite so friendly. Especially the cleaning guy on our 12. floor as well as the guys at the door. Always at your service and nice in a small talk. Amazing hotel with a great price. Definitely will come back to Hotel Golden Tulip Media

The hotel is located in a great section of Dubai. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby and the metro is within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the buffet breakfast each morning. The view from the room was spectacular, which was a good thing because I spent a lot of time in the room since it was so hot outside! All the staff are very charming and respectful and helpful. There is a mini supermarket within steps from the hotel which is a great thing to have when it is scorching outside. Barsha Heights is a nice neighborhood to stay in! Wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of variety!!

I wish there were more places to sit in the lobby other than the one couch.I did not feel comfortable sitting in the other chairs since they seem to be part of a lobby cafe. Also, as a senior I found getting in and out of the tub very dangerous. There is nothing to hold on to and there is only half of the tub covered with glass so the floor gets very wet. This seems to be a new design in hotels but I don't like it!

The hotel is within a ten minutes walking distance from Dubai Internet City Metro Station where you can get to every attraction in Dubai. The kindness and helpfulness of the hotel’s staff is exceptional! There’s not even one employee who is not super kind and polite! Unfortunately I had a late check-in so I skipped the dinner time in the restaurant. For the first time in my life I received a beautiful room service with lots of food and drinks. The breakfast and the dinner is very good. Lots of food to choose from. All you can eat of course. You can find salads, cold and hot meals. At breakfast a cook makes you omlette right on the spot which is usually only available in the best very high class hotels. Friday is seafood day. I’m not a huge fan of seafood but they offered me something else from the kitchen. A huge plus that you can drink orange and pineapple juice even at dinner not just for breakfast. For me another dealbreaker was that they have a free shuttle bus three times a day to JBR Beach which is one of the best in Dubai. I cannot highlight it any better but I’ve traveled all around the world, I’ve been to many countries, many hotels but Golden Tulip Media Hotel is the best of them all!

There are only two things that hold me back to giving a perfect ten. The temperature of the pool should be warmer. Normally the 26 degrees is O.K. 99% of the time but in Dubai there is too much of a contrast compare to the temperature of the air which is sometimes more than 40 degrees. The water feels cold. If I was them I wouldn’t bother to pour cold water into the pool all day long. For some odd reasons Chromecast is banned from the hotel’s network so you can’t watch your Netflix or any other streaming service. This should be changed immediately!
