The location of the hotel was brilliant, close to the metro station and not far from the palm. Staff were great and was always happy to help. Great price for what was on offer. Nice breakfasts.

Food in the evening was not the best, it was very much the same most nights with not much choice or variation. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not in use when we got there so please check in advanced. This issue was resolved by the hotel which was much appreciated.

Lovely stay there. I stayed with my family we loved our stay. Everything was better than the previous one. Highly recommend to include their breakfast as there are not so many options outside like Europe and in house breakfast was too good. Variety of food, gym, spa, swimming pool access all inclusive. Above all they offered free shuttle services to 4 malls including mall of emirates and hills mall and JBR. DTC affordable taxi’s available always infront of entrance. Some Desi food restaurants also available at 10 min walking distance. Lobby and pool side areas have nice sitting area. Totally worth spending each penny on the property. The location is called Barsha Heights a bit far from Dubai Downtown around 25 min by taxi (50-55 AED as of sept 2023) and 30 min by metro. People Serving us were very friendly and helpful special thanks to Bishnu and Aaob for taking care of our luggage after check out.

The only disadvantage was with hot tap water in September weather as well. There was no room temperature water available in cold water taps. I guess it’s an issue for all places in Dubai.

I would like to Express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to Mr Aaqib Khan from Atana Hotel security for the exceptional service and Outstanding professionalism from him and entire team. I had misplaced my cell phone in a taxi and aaqib and hes team were most efficient in retrieving the phone in quick time. A big shout out to Mr aaqib and Ataana Hotel team 👌👌👌👌

The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The hotel is located close to the Dubai Metro station and also has a shuttle bus that takes guests free of charge to 3 localizations, including Jumeirah Beach.

Several facilities were not working during our stay, such as spa and the restaurant on the ground floor. The choice of foods during the breakfast wasn't fantastic, and you couldn't choose your preferred type of tea - you could only choose between coffee, black tea, water and juices.

Room (Family Quad Room on 22nd Floor) was spacious enough for us (family of 4- mum, dad and two little girls ages 4yrs and 2yrs). We had two single beds in one connecting room and double bed in the other so fab. Breakfast had good variety (only sad thing was it closed at 10:30am- we are lazy risers during holiday...even worse when jet lagged). Dinner was also commendable with variety of choices every night, only we noticed it gets very busy in the first hour, then gradually settles. The location was great for us- not in the heart of the downtown razz-mattaz, yet not too far to get to all the attractions via taxi or train. Children loved the Kids soft play room- good mix of toys kept them busy. Room service was fabulous- meals delivered in generous portions and cleaning was done whenever we required at our own preferred time- that was great. Receptionist was a charm allowing us late check out till 3pm since our flight was much latter at night. I must say that Samson the concierge was also very helpful and more than willing to always help/lend a hand- thanks a lot for making our lives easier.

I know I'm nitpicking here, but if I must say, then it would be really nice if some breakfast could be reserved or delivered to rooms of late risers. I appreciate breakfast closure at 10:30am is fair and required to allow staff get a breather and prepare for lunch, etc. however if some bits and bobs could be reserved for later collection (or delivered to) those who wanted them later in the morning- especially children, then that would have been fabulous.

This is the third time I have visited this hotel and I always love coming back. It is clean, safe and the people working here always make sure you feel comfortable and that you don't miss anything. For example, I lost my cell phone by my mistake in the taxi and the security manager Raja Yasir along with Aqib Khan helped me immediately and my cell phone was returned to the hotel immediately. Also a big thanks Taj who always took care of our room. I highly recommend.

Really good value for money, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi and air conditioning, nice facilities. I liked breakfast outside. Buffet dinner was amazing, different menu every night and lots of options. Swimming pool and sauna were great. Staff was very friendly, especially the cleaner and the lady giving towels at the swimming pool. Thanks to all for making our stay so comfortable and relaxed!

Although we had a nice view from the 11th floor, our room faced the highway, and we needed earplugs at night. Some details of the description of the room are incorrect: we did not have an ironing board nor robes in our room, and the hotel has one restaurant, not three. Otherwise everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

I would like to comment reviews of the others in my review. They say: Rooms are pretty old - they are, but in general a bed is still comfortable and doesn't make any noise while sleeping. Breakfast are always crowdy - true there, when you come 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. Have you tried to go breakfast at 8? And it's written everywhere to go earlier to have breakfast - nobody will be there. Even when I came to breakfast at 9, I haven't waited longer than 2 minutes before getting all I need. Somebody said food is not tasty, well I was always able to find something that I liked. Although the food is more Indian than europian. Some people say calls on wifi are not working - have you read about OAE anything before going there?!?! Whatsup calls are not working in OAE in general, it's not cons of the hotel. The only thing I can admit, is noise canceling in hotel. It is very poor, so respect your neighbours, don't make a lot of noise and hopefully they will behave in the same way.

The breakfast reception ( I have never seen a stuff arguing with customers in my life 1st time I have seen in ATANA hotel. )People are coming from all over the world to have rest and holiday and seen a reception arguing over break fast payment which it was her mistakes. The customer haven't even have a coffee and argument early in the morning with customer it is so sad .

Cleaners and some manager are good
