The charge in the room was weak and not up to a five star hotel.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. The overall place is good, comfortable and Rotana standards but needs a renovation on the outside. Great to have all the amenities in one place and the pool is nice

The bathroom was clean but the faucer /tap in room 1124 was loose. Also the shower temperature took nearly 60 seconds to warm up. This has to be fixed. Also the place was clean but when packing the bags, there was a little cockroach. Check fumigation

It was a good experience, staff was very co-operative and helpful. Rooms were spacious and quite comfortable with respect to all basic amenities. Moreover location was spot-on with all good restaurants and shopping centers close to the hotel.

Couple of improvement areas in my view as below; 1. Options could be more in the breakfast especially in line with Turkish cuisines. 2. Air-conditioner in the room was not working at its best.

Absolutely loved this hotel, they were so attentive - they even had my name on the screen when we checked into the room! It was the little things - they even had iced tea and flavoured water available in the lobby. Definitely a 5 star experience and would absolutely book again. I would say that if you don’t drive or aren’t willing to use taxis, the metro is a bit of a walk - about ten minutes. We weren’t bothered by this, and even if we were the hotel is fantastic enough to make up for it + there are plenty of taxis available outside.

Price was great, location is excellent and service is excellent. the hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and very nice. the stay overall was really good and everything is accessible easily. no traffic around the area and that is a big plus.

The quality of coffee and bakery at the coffee shop is very poor, breakfast didnt have Coffee options ( cappuccino, latte ,etc) because the coffee machine was broken ! and it was always busy for someone to attend to you.

We liked our room at the to floor. It was very comfortable with beautiful view.

The bathroom had some issues that needed to be fixed. We received room service to fix bathtub but later found that the toilet water spray was not working properly either.

The room is good and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast lite was a bit limited and crowded due to some groups visiting the hotel, which made the place busy. The location is good especially close to our office and many service shops close bay.

The furniture is old and the rooms look old also, the lighting is not enough in the rooms

I found out on the last day I was entitles to a 15% discount on the restaurant and pub, as I was flying into Dubai via Emirates Airlines. We've been having dinner every night, and many time lunch at the hotel's restaurant. I raised up the request for the 15% discount in all the , but I'm still waiting for an answer.

The hotel was very nice indeed, the staff were friendly and the rooms were great, The facilities were exceptional, I used the spa and a couple of the restaurants. I would recommend the hotel strongly, value for money was brilliant.

I didn't like the fact that you could smoke in Nelson's bar. It put me off going in there. The food and drinks were great, but for many European customers where smoking indoors is pretty much forbidden everywhere, this was a strong negative.
