Next to the hotel there is a beautiful illuminated walking area with benches and palm trees, the beach is a 30-minute walk, a metro station and a tram stop are a 10-minute walk. The view from the window of the room was on a beautiful walking area. Cleaning every day (working Khaja), free drinking water in the room, updated every day. Free shampoo, soap, shower gel and body lotion in the rooms. Free shuttle service to Jumeirah Beach (next to Burj Al Arab) and Dubai Mall.

breakfasts and dinners: little choice, few fruits (for example, fruit salad, mostly from apples), there were also watermelons and melons, but you need to have time to take them as they run out quickly. The room has stains on the carpet and curtains. A couple of times at night, roommates arranged discos - music played very loudly, people danced and sang, the staff was informed but nothing changed, the second time they offered to change the room, but I didn’t (at one in the morning to collect all things and move?…). There is very little space to hang wet things and they dry very poorly because the windows do not open.The fridge didn’t work.

Had a great experience.That was our first trip to Dubai. A short one with friends but because of the weather and warm hospitality, it was pretty good overall. Coming to the hotel, standard express holiday inn hotels are great value for money and this one was no different. Pretty comfortable stay. Great location as well. Loved it! Literally everything. The hotel and the staff in all outlets exceeded our expectations. We love the hardworking lovely staff, especially Sumana and Ashu at the front desk. Sumana’s a vibrant lovely lady. She’s effortlessly made our stay enjoyable. Abou Saeed from the housekeeping and the rest of the housekeeping department are amazing. Our room was always spotless. The restaurant’s hygiene is remarkable and the Food and Beverage department did definitely choose the right hardworking staff. They work so hard. The food is so good. During our long stay, we didn’t have any stomach problems, at all.

We liked everything 😊 All the outlets and the staff were beyond great. We LOVE the interiors of the hotel. It’s beautifully simple and the lighting is so relaxing 😎

This hotel is just in front of Hult international business school - Dubai campus, and as I was visiting the campus, I couldn't have thought about a better location. I stayed in this hotel before (4-5 years ago, prior to covid-19 pandemic) and had some high expectations. Overall, the experience was still good - a quite and spacious room, breakfast at very convenient time, very comfortable bed with a choice of hard/soft pillows.

Almost the first thing you want to have in the morning is good coffee. The coffee was awful there - I couldn't even drink it. Bathroom was not new - doors in the shower cabin were not closing without a hole, and air conditioning was a bit loud.

Staff are very welcoming, they're quick to assist on your needs. Location wise I like how it's in the quiet part of the city. 5-10 mins walk away from the metro. There's a bar in the rooftop and has several restaus and coffee shop open till wee house because it's a business area.

Didn't like the AC in the room assigned to us. Felt like its on fan, we tried to adjust it but it goes back to 23. And it was peak of summer so it's a little bit hot when we get back, so we opt to leave a key in the room to keep the AC open.

Staff friendliness!!! I recently stayed at this hotel for a total of 18 nights and I have to say that the staff here truly made my stay enjoyable. From the moment I arrived in the early hours of the morning, Parwas at the reception went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was allowed to sleep in the lobby, order food from the outside, and used the internet Wi-Fi. Even when I had to wait for my room, Shalika was kind enough to assist me with early check-in and made sure I was taken care of. I was offered a smoking room at 9:00 AM but I waited for a nonsmoking room until around 12:00 PM. Zayed also helped me check the room. The staff's friendliness is what made me extend my stay twice, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making my trip a memorable one. After my second extension, Kareem helped me in extend my stay. Thanks to him. I really would love to Thank Shalika and the team for being super friendly and welcoming. I can’t explain enough how grateful I am.

This hotel is one of the best I tried in Dubai. Rooms are very clean. Location is easy to reach, and close to some attractions like Emirates Mall and JBR. The area is calm and has many beautiful trees surrounding it. The breakfast had a good variety of food. The furniture is not old, and I found it comfortable to use. The price was superb relative to the hotel's quality. The staff are very helpful and cooperative, and always smiling, especially the lovely Sunaya 👍🏼

There's no swimming pool, but JBR and kite beach are very close to the hotel, so it's not even a problem.

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. I was there to sit for my exam and they made sure I had everything I might need. I needed a few additional items and they were very quick to provide them. The location is also quite nice as it is right next to many academic campuses so you can take a walk (when the weather is nice!). Overall, I was quite happy with them and looking forward to visiting them again soon.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like. It was a cost-effective stay with a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

breakfast and buffet were good

Staff said nearest beach Sufouh, was half hour walk... I didnt want to walk to a beach! Reception suggested Jumeirah beach - got taxi, but it was very far! I dont know why they didnt have better information and suggest West Palm Beach instead, which is where I was expecting to go and much closer. It was very frustrating and on my own in the early evening, not relaxing at all. Not easy to get a taxi back. Reception should be a lot more knowledgable. Disappointing.

Room was good size and air Con worked well ( essential in July). Breakfast - good choice and varied Location suited me well as very near my son’s compound - taxis cheap and plentiful to take you to tourist sites as hotel not in particularly attractive location but it is priced accordingly. Room service was good and bedding high quality

Carpet was stained and could have done with replacing. Shower - pressure was weak and warm at best - some of the pillows could be better
