My family and I recently enjoyed an extraordinary stay at the Ibis Al Barsha hotel that lasted over two weeks, and it was an experience we'll cherish for a long time. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the warmth and hospitality of the staff, notably Sharada, Sushmita Taman, Caroline, Shusmita Shahi, Arti, and Smriti from the restaurant, made us feel not just welcomed, but truly at home. Their exceptional service and attention to detail ensured every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. The heart of my evenings was undoubtedly Jamboree, where the exceptional support and service provided by Imarath, Prasana, and Hiran created unforgettable memories. Their dedication and kindness truly showcased the beauty of Sri Lanka, leaving me eager to travel there and explore more of its charm. I must also commend Sujid and his housekeeping team for their professionalism and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards throughout our stay. Their efforts ensured our accommodations were always pristine and comfortable. Moreover, the entire team, including John (attendant) and Ola (security), deserves immense praise for their unwavering dedication and friendliness. Their collective efforts made checking out a bittersweet moment, leaving us already longing to return. I cannot emphasize enough the wonderful experience my family and I had at Ibis Al Barsha. The exceptional service, coupled with the genuine warmth of the staff, has truly set a high standard for hospitality. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Dubai.

Room was clean and better than my previous stays. Shower box was clean and water was hot. Reported faulty shattaf and they fixed it same day, which was good. Having the iron was so helpful as it was a sudden booking with no laggage. Room was tidied up everyday. I think I may heve to get used to asking for oersonal stuff like tooth brush and a tooth paste. Room was very good. Wished if the interior design was more eye appealing. Staff are helpful. Overall it was a good stay. Rescued me from travelling in the rainy storm.

Interior design with black PVC pipes was eye disappealing. Have to ask for the toileteries. Shattaf in the bathroom was leaking, but they fixed it once reported.

The breakfast had a plentiful choice of food especially for a person who had been in Dubai for the first time. Delicious, fresh food. Thank you so much The room was very quiet. I actually requested for a quiet room and I was given exactly what I asked for.

The only problem was it was hard to get a taxi at some specific times during the day. I think many people had the same issue because of the city being overcrowded at this time of the year.

The people, staff ... especially Ms. Cho and Mr. Jibran were excellent .... Room 581: view outside the window was good. The staff incharge of the rooms were good Location : On the main road Breakfast : a lot of variety ... got personalized omelette made by cook just the way I like it. The assistant staff at the time of breakfast was good too

Room 135: when i was in Room 135, the music coming from perhaps 'bar' was loud and couldn't sleep for the initial few nights

Rooms are nice, there are a planty of space, bed is big enough. I liked that we have fridge and bottled water. Location is ok, but it is not too near to metro or bus station so mostly of the time we must rely on taxi. Breakfast was also good

Room service - when we ask for something we had to remind them for multiple time so we get it eventually. For instance, we got only one small and one big towel - when we ask for extra towels we have been waiting for that for a long time. Also, often the cleaners didn't change the sheets and towels.

I like to stay in Ibis Dubai Al Barsha hotel every weekend. Very good location, opposite main road. All people who work here so nice and good attitude. Wanna tell about hight speed wifi, cozy gym, big lobby area. Comfortable rooms with different options. Rooms clean, housekeeping do good job. Fast checking and check out on reception. Wanna tell about reception - Gohar, Bea and Khusbu. Very professional, perfect skills and always friendly. Gohar can speak Russia language, very competitive and give nice room. Hotel territory very safe and hotel with good reputation, thanks I’m very recommending this hotel!

Good budget hotel in Dubai. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to nearby beach and mall/shopping outlet with advance booking. Breakfast buffet is very filling and has lots of varieties of hot and cold items TV has plenty of channels in different languages (English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc) There’s a safe in the room along with iron/ironing board, kettle with tea bags and instant coffee Towels are replaced daily. Good housekeeping service. Shower with good water pressure Good choice for seeing Dubai on a budget.

The nearest metro station Mashreq is not exactly next door, it’s a good 10 min walk from the hotel. Coffee machines in breakfast room are very slow in dispensing drinks of your choice which result in long queues for coffee refills.

Breakfast: The breakfast service seems to cater predominantly to one specific community, potentially lacking diversity in offerings. This may not align with the preferences or dietary needs of all guests. Checking for alternative options and communicating dietary requirements is advisable.

Breakfast spread was amazing, clean rooms, daily room cleaning done, bare basic amenities provided (but no toothbrush, combs, etc- shampoo cum body wash and hand wash soap with towels were there), tea and tea kettle provided. Hotel was -5- mins walk from metro station which was sometimes far when I can. Back tired. The best staff possible and nice lounging area in the lobby. Grocery stores were there all around.
