Very nice place.....in good area, plenty of restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets nearby. I loved the place. The staffs were adorable and always ready to help. . They gave us an early checking without much ado. I will definitely come back.

If you are used to 4 or 5 star hotels this is not the place for you. We liked it because it was clean and spacious with a great accessible location.

Everything was really good, the staff, the facilities, the rooms and of course the location. The metro station is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The reception desk is 24h which is really convenient. The pool was clean and very nice.

I think the breakfast is a little bit expensive so we didn't try it. The provided beds (1 double, 2 singles) were not enough for us although we booked for 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 4). We asked for an extra bed or matress and we had to pay extra for that. I assume during the booking they should take the children into consideration. The management said it is written in the house rules that children are welcomed for free as long as not extra beds are requested, but for me at least the policy wasn't clear during the booking.

The location of hotel is excellent. It is near metro station, a lot o shops arround, Near to the beach. Also we appreciate the size of appartment, especially kitchen was goos for us. Also pool is good.

We are used to travel to this hotel for a few years and even though we like this hotel, I have to say that within a few years there is no improvement/no modernisation. Kitchen and bathroon is quite old and used. There is a lot of new modern hotels around, so it should be good to keep the clients, to make at least some small recontructions.

old towels in bathrooms! few drinking cups in kitchen just 3 cups while should be more than 7 since it is a family apartment. Washing machine and oven are from unknown brands! and we don’t know how to use it, hence asked technicians to assist. Windows are not locked! it can be opened from outside through sliding but luckily it is Dubai so it is safe place. few car parking but it is easy to find parking. Slow internet speed! Small TV and not from Sony! Room lights are not strong. low wattage, hence depression.

The location is accessible and near to restaurants and supermarkets & meters away to Emirates mall, the rooms and kitchen are huge and I was able to cook, the kitchen utensils are intact. The curtain must be replaced as it is old. Over all the hotel is nice in all aspects i.e. room, cleanliness, employees hospitality, kitchen.

The entrance to the parking is in the side not in the front, you need to counter flow or park by reverse to reach the parking entrance, the procedure how to operate the Indesit cooker must be in place to operate easily as I need to watch in the youtube. I did'nt bother them to call, I did operate thru my initiative.

Location is great - you have Metro 5 minutes walk, big pack of restaurants around, several small outlets and Mall of Emirates for shopping. Building is not new, but renovated. Room was great, with full kitchen set-up and big fridge. Personal was great as at reception, so room service - appreciate a lot their support during my stay as they helped a lot with solving my troubles. In addition - great conditioning helped to survive Dubai heat. As separate point - pool, sauna and gym. Was not expected so good service. As resume: not luxury one, but great for long term stay.

Everything was fine. Still was some smell around, but we need to admit that if people cook in the rooms - smell will be.
