The location is perfect- opposite the Mashreq metro station; from the airport it is possible to get by taxi. The room facilities are very good and comfortable, the rooms are cleaned every day, there is coffe, tea, water, coffe-maker, and refregerator in the room. There is an amazing swimming pool on the rooftop with a regular temperature control; staff who works in a pool makes sure that cleanleness, the rules and regulations are followed. Staff in the reception is very helpful, kind and polite. Especially, I would like to thank Suife (not quite sure about the spelling of his name-apologies for that)- he was very helpful and offered a free metro card for me to use during my stay. I surely advice to book the Rose Park hotel Al Barsha.

I reached late for my checkin, so I told the staff I am worried the room might not be as good as I expected. The staff member directly upgraded my stay for a sweet for free. The service was amazing. Then unfortunately I has to cancel my last night, could not reschedule on booking but the management helped me and they refunded my ladt night. So good and I recommend this hotel for sure. Also the location is very good with a lot of good restaurant options in Al Barsha

Extremely good location. The street is quite crowded and noisy but hotel rooms are well soundproofed and the street does not disturb. Big room, good service, very responsive personelle The hotel is in two minutes from the Red line metro with easy access to all main touristic POI in the city. Quite good international restaurant in the hotel and very good Turkish trestaurant in the same building literally next door to the hotel. There are also several supermarkets around. Mall of the Emirates is in walking distance if the weather enables to walk :) The hotel features a pool on the roof and a convenient shuttle to the beach.

What a professional team !!! Starting with Amanullah, Noorullah, all the day and night receptionists, passing by the pool staff... also, the room services who did an excellent job everyday clean and neat, thus the supervisor in charge of the room knights who was always focused & busy (worrying) about his notes to the point of forgetting to say hello when we met in the corridor ;-). Without forgetting the lady behind the desc.(thx for the PCR test in my room) Many thanks to all of you. HOLLY TEAM Good points : - Exquisite & diversified breakfast mainly with the succulent morning omelets of the Chef :-) - Very clean swimming pool where we can even see Borj Alarab, as well as the Sky station of the Émirat Mall. - The "Rose Garden" in general is very clean ; « the elevator », « the floor » ;. « the windows », « very nice smell at the entrance of the reception ». - At the room,The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, a large fridge, a washing machine, two bathrooms, and a very large living room. The king size bed is very comfortable. In addition to a large closet. (prayer mat) and a mass-haf (translated Coran) availaible..... What more could we ask for.... - Ahh yes very important, the ALMASHRIQ metro station is about 3 minutes walk on a very friendly sidewalk, rich in stores and restaurants. When we arrived the bidet hose was leaking , there was a crack in the tub/ shower with brown stuff oozing out when I took a shower. the safe had no power. They glued the tub crack and put batteries in the safe. When I ask about a taxi to airport they said fare was $20 to $22. When I ask them to call a taxi the taxi they called said he was not a taxi but a limousine. It looked like a regular car. Cost $45 instead.

The hotel is located across from a metro station making it very easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is close to the marina and JBR. Although it is close to main road, rooms are sound proofed and no outside traffic can be heard. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in shower was perfect!

Only small thing was that the tv was not a smart tv and English channels were limited so we would have liked if we had been able to watch Netflix during our stay.

We had issues with booking.com but the night shift receptionist who checked us in was kind and helpful and at least we were able to get the 2 rooms we booked. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa who was in charge of my room (406), he is extremely clean and kind, he goes the extra mile to make sure guests have a spotless room and made sure I had all I needed during my stay. Rooms are spacious and the wifi works perfectly. In general all the staff is professional and kind and the location is convenient as it is opposite to mashreq metro Station and it is surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Important note: Booking.com has the POOREST costumer service ever seen. If you encounter an issue and it is caused by them, be sure to waste lots of hours of your precious vacation time and energy before they really look into the matter and finally repair for their mistakes. So if you can... AVOID Booking.com for your next reservations because when things go sour (because of them) they will turn their backs on you!

Big spacious room with all the required things provided, big bay windows overlooking side field. Room are clean and house keeping attends the room daily to change the towels and clean the room. Good comfortable beds and sofa, greater options of TV channels for westerners. Wifi was excellent very fast. Spacious bathroom and shower cubical. Hotel is located just outside the Metro station across the road which is very convenient if you are tourist like us. Easy access to all major tourist locations. Great selections of food places just by the hotel, you don’t have to travel far for evening or afternoon meals. Mall of Emirates is 5min walk away. Hotel is in a prime location and good friendly staff. I would definitely be happy to stay there again if I’m back in Dubai any time soon. Credit goes to the hotel staff for providing 5* service to all guests.

Breakfast options are limited and seemed a bit lost in identity. Typical case of when you are trying to cater for all nationality on a small budget. Nor could we have full English or nor could we have full Indian or continental. Also seemed to be short of cups and plates every morning at busy periods, we had to wait round for someone to collect the used ones and wash them and bring them back to the dining hall. During our stay it looked like majority of the guests were from Kazakhstan.
