The responsiveness of staff was excellent At 4 am WiFi went out they were there immediately. Also I was especially pleased at the responsiveness and the follow up on concerns . I am happy they listened and made corrections

All was great.

The room was a good size as was the bathroom, the bed was very comfortable and the linen clean and comfy. The maid service make the bed and change towels every day! The Hotel staff were helpful and always greeted you as you entered, they always went an extra mile to accommodate the guests requests, l loved especially Monica in the breakfast room! The pool at the the top of roof is great, free towels, water, and enough space for the guests! The hotel is about 25min by taxi into the center of the town or the beach.

The noise from the highway! The windows are situated towards the highway, so it can be very noisy in the night!

I didnt like the pillows. Its was too high for my neck . Although bed was good.

staff is amazing. Very helpful! The guy who works at the pool and the lady who works at the security were so polite and kind. the location was a bit far, car rental recommended. if you have a todler or small childeren i dont recommend this hotel because of the pool, there is no entry for toddlers overall experience was good. Very clean rooms.

breakfast poor choice

- Excellent Value for money - Excellent. Location provided you have a car, cannot judge otberwise - very good if you need a small kitechenete with full set of disches: pots, spoonery etc. - Never uaed washing machine so cant judge - Fine view during my stay - Beds are spacious, A bed was fine for me + my 6 years old kid

- It was not possible to attach the two beds together per the staff statement. This is a personal preference and possibly rarely required by others - Pillows are extremely soft: take note if you fancy hard pillows like me - Never tried breakfast, gym or pole so I cannot advise. - This review is to help others I rated it excelle t hotel overall, dont be trickes by pollites disadvantages.

the bathroom plumbing system is new but should have been fixed differently. but not a deal breaker.

The apartment was precious , clean , near to everywhere, the breakfast was very nice, the staff are friendly, its nice for a family

Welcome greeting and upgraded room by Ayoyb at reception. Large, super clean room with usb and c ports, 3 Pin socket, 10min from Airport, washing machine & dryer, automatic lighting in corridors, super comfy bed, cleaner didn’t leave any large towels on my 2nd day but this was rectified immediately, all staff polite & wanting to help.

Minor inconveniences- not sound proofed well to external traffic No tea bags in the room Difficult to gauge the water temperature in the shower, had the same issue in gym floor, it was either too hot or cold. The rain shower head looked pretty low, so if you a tall person not sure how it would work. Location not for me.

Exceeded our expectations by a long shot! I must say, it was one of the best stays I had in the city. The hotel and room were very clean, staff was more than helpful and kind. There's a small kitchen in our room with all the things that you need. I 100% recommend this hotel if you want a quiet and relaxing room near downtown Dubai. Perfect for family and perhaps a relaxing night with friends.

Would be nice if the room we got had a bathtub but overall the bathroom was good! A bar would be nice as well :)
