Hassle free budget hotel, has whats needed, clean and well maintained. Staff knowledgable and friendly. Location is good for metro. A bit of a walk so maybe not so family friendly but otherwise ok. Very close to airport!

WiFi was horrible. Laggy and dropped off a lot. Give benefit of a doubt, maybe because of full occupancy, but made it hard to work. Room: Some room fittings were coming off. TV wasn't working properly. Scan to order for room service didnt work (probably because of the awful wifi). Restaurants overpriced for a budget hotel.

Could have put 1 litre bottles in the room. We go out and bought one bottle for AED 7. Later a local told us that you can buy a crate of 12 for less than AED 10.

The staffs are so attentive with our request 24hrs a day and even checked on us if we need anything else for our stay. The rooms are clean and new. The WiFi is automatically available even when we haven't checked in. The parking lot is adequate and safe.

I just wished the pool area is open longer during the night.

Great hotel, staff all excellent, bar, restaurant staff exceptional very friendly and helpful, location good for most attractions in dubai, reasonable area. Rooms good size, good facilities all you need for a stay. Reasonable price with discount for drinks/food in the bar/restaurant.

Dubai is very spread out, taxis are good can be bit expensive on some trips. Metro station Al Jaddaf walking distance but can be bit slow getting around.

Excelent hotel: close to green metro line, plenty of non-stop shops to buy anything you want (one is two steps away from the entrance). Room is big, new, clean, good beds. Hotel is quiet. Excellent value for money. Pool is clean (they make tests of the water several times a day). Staff is really nice and polite. There is no fancy infinity pool, but it’s quite large and the water is so warm, so perfect for swimming and relaxing. We stayed at this hotel end of April and we found the warmest water ever experienced in an outdoor pool and that was wonderful. Usally the water of outdoor pool in other hotels, in other countries is freezing cold, but this one was perfect.

Good and very clean rooms. In fact, the whole building was very clean, nicely build where you can completely relax. Good café (Costa) on the ground floor. A nice and clean pool on the roof top. The location is good with metro station nearby (4-5 mins walk), if required. If someone is interested in hiring a car, then there is an office/ company (Drivus) just outside the building. In addition there are good stores nearby alongside café and restaurants. Overall an excellent package for the price. Highly recommended for people travelling with or without family.

The room should have an iron/ table on permanent basis.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service at this hotel. Check-in was quick and efficient, the room was pleasant and well appointed, including a hair dryer an ironing board, tea and coffee, a room phone with calling credit available, and free Internet, too. Food and beverages were very keenly priced and the,Mr Toad pub/ sports bar and restaurant were very pleasant with indoor and chilled outdoor,seating areas.Best of all though was the kevel of service from the check in staff to the bar and restuarant staff.Jane, Rose, Joel,Tina and Shigil ran things so well, always bright and shiny abd keen to assist in any way, it is the staff that make a great hotel not the bricks.Tge roof top pool as lovely with sunny abd shaded relaxation areas and the breakfast food quality and service was better than the two 5 star hotels we had stayed at over our holiday the previous 2 weeks in the UAE.When returning to Dubai we are going to book with PremiervInn again Ps. The beds were not the largest but they were so so comfy!
