The bedsheets were fresh and pillows were soft. The reception team (Hazel) were amazing and the housekeeping team, especially the filipino guy. A good stay overall.

The internet was very slow, although I was given a wifi code, it didn’t make any difference at all. It was like you’re in 3rd world country, the page I’m trying to open wasn’t loading. They also do not have a business centre.

The room facilities

The action of reservation manager mr mohamed .. We face problem in arrival he says he doesn't recived booking reservation and its fully booked and suggest to transfer us to other hotel in his group... Where my answer was its not professional way to handel since i was there a day before tho se the room before where i see room and do booking in the lobby.. till the mr Ravens come and upgreat the booking Pluse mrs hazil that night say its fully booked and no room available to take a look for room .. And in 20 minutes later shift its changed and mr. Ravi in front desk come to allow as to show us the room .

APT NICE SIZE.COMFORTABLE MODERN . Open plan but privacy from bed by half size wall. HUGE BED .Plenty of room to sit. Good wife. Mall of emirates / metro/ shops and restaraunts all budgets plenty . Kitchenwell equipped.. daily cleaners came with out fail. Fresh water, coffee and tea , towels etc of required. Gor short term apt rent could not beat price or match unless lower standard and out in bur dubai or diera .. access to all other main areas like downtown/ marina/ JBR not far ..plenty of car hire places on streets and next ..from yaris to ferrari

My staying was briliant and I fully enjoyed all days even I didn't spend too much time at apartment anyway I like amenities and facilities what Mena has. It's decent and clean... What I like most was kindly and professional staff especially her name is Hazel who was very likeable and I like her pleasant attitude to me also she help me in minute rebook my staying and gave early check-in what was very good to me. Also care how was my day or if I need something all the time what I met her. Perfect... I can recommend to others for their staying because apartment is big enough, locality and price is decent...

I just prefer and I like more to have self service breakfast when you can choose anything instead to order but it's just little thing and I can't say that really don't like.

Mena aparthotel is a good value for money. However The room especially the kitchen and toilet were very dated. The highlight was their receptionist, Karen was very friendly. Also, the bed linens and pillows were soft and fresh. Thanks to the housekeeping team for accommodating our requests, especially to the Filipino housekeeper (can’t remember his name). We extended our stay for 2 days just so to avoid the hussle of moving again, as we’ve been moving around dubai for a month. Overall, we had a good stay.

The letdown was the internet, it was rubbish! It was very slow, worse than in 3rd world country! Although I was given a code, but it didn’t improve the connection. I had to use my phone data or go to the nearest coffee shop just to get a better connection. Also, they don’t have a business centre. So for someone like me who need to work in their laptop I have to go to the nearest coffee shop.

Strategically located, close to all basic necessities. The fact that the breakfast is a set menu rather than buffet is excellent as no wastage of food. Rooms are nice, front desk staff Ahsan and Hazel are very friendly, helpful, and polite.

The elevators are a bit small in size and the hotel must have electric backup (like a generator) in case of any electrical outage.

The property was in a very calm environment, even though it was next to a public road. The staff was very helpful and the were very polite. I will definitely sta here next time I travel to Dubai.

The cleaning of the apartment was not 100% satisfactory at times. Only one day we had to repeatedly ask for toiletry since the have forgotten. But these are human errors which could be overlooked based on the other good things we encountered.

I really liked the hotel and will recommend. I would like to give a 5 * for stuff who works in this hotel, and a Big THANK YOU for Ahsan, Hussam and a lady from reception also the night stuff was amazing and helpful for us.

Some parts needs refurbishment work carrying out ,like bathroom sealants and painting, also rooftop swimming pool area needs refurbishment. But other than these the place is nice I liked it.

Excellent location! Near to restaurants, shops and grocery. The studio unit was fair enough for the price. Complete kitchen amenities. The bed was huge and comfortable. They change the towels every other day or upon request.

The wifi! Its really slow. I hope they would improve on this part, And the studio apartment design, theres a division that blocked the AC. So the air wont reach you.

the size of the apartment was good. location is good. one of the front staff frustrated me, other than that the lady was amazing, cleanliness was good. just one front staff, he was not in good mood and sent me up many many times only with a locked card.
