The location is perfect, a stone throw to metro station, lots of eateries in the surrounding areas, the staffs were excellent, good customers care, the manager Darrin was so so helpful and willing to go out of his way to help. He help my friend a lot when she had little accident when we went on one of our adventures, he gave her plaster, bandages and asking her how she was even though the accident happened in Abu Dhabi, Ulfat and Nabi the receptionists always having a smile on their face and always respond to us straight away whenever we asked for their assistance. I love everything about this hotel, the warmth, the friendliness of the staffs, the location. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to family and friends. There is nothing, I love everything about the hotel.

Like the overall atmosphere in lobby and clean rooms and toilets. Good and comfortable king bed for us with 3yr old kid, good AC, shower and hot water.good service from staff. Good room service. Carrefour supermarket behind the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Less towels in room. Had to keep asking to replace. One day housekeeping said towels were delayed by laundry..customers always need good n clean towel supply. Also faint music from the club on 1st floor could be heard all night even on 4th floor. No room slippers.

Receptionists were extremely helpful and caring as i remember Waseem and Obeid. complementary upgraded to a nice suite. the place is clean , room size were ok . ordered food and it was good taste and quality free parking were available. location is really great for being next to malls shops and delivery is available by 100s of restaurants around

internet speed is bad around 5 Mbps , room service took around 45 minutes to get me dinner, the hotel rooms needs to be renovated. also many night life figures are there

During my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with Vinod, one of the hotel staff members. He was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he was always prompt and attentive. His friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I like the staffs they are very welcoming and good. They try to work with you ( early check-in, late checkout) Specially the Bellman Mohammed, Breakfast guys (both the lady and the man), Raza room attendant and also the room cleaning inspector had been very Nice for us 👌. The travel agent on the ground floor also has good interaction with guests.

The light goes off every time you went out of the room unless you keep the card in there they shouldn't install the system that way and the light was dark ( more lumps needed ), the frezer in my room was not working, also no matter which floor you are you will hear that Thailand night club on the first floor like you are dancing in there ( that's too loud for real).
