I liked the location of the Hotel, it was very convenient being close to MOE and the Metro. As the Hotel, it is beautifully designed the reception staff were very friendly and accommodating and the cleaners were also really good at maintaining the room and very responsive.

Not that it is a big deal and I am not sure how it can be handled but there were few small insects in the room which was annoying.

Location is within a walking distance from the mall. Hilton garden inn flora hotel and a few hotel apartments are all in the same area with many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is connected to the Novotel from the inside.

There’s usually only in person at reception. Day and night I always saw at least a couple of people waiting for their turn. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning. Furthermore at the Novotel lunch area workers would pass by you without even looking to see if anyone wants their order taken. They passed by me a few times so I just went upstairs and ordered from room service. Service wasn’t good obviously at either of the connected hotels.

I like the location, the hotel and staffs. Bedroom very clean. Clean sheets constantly, comfortable bed, pillows are clean and comfy for my bed. Mini fridge, supply of bottled water, kettle for cups of tea, good supplies of tea as well. Clean rug. Clean bathroom, shower very good energy flow. Staffs are all very good, smart, polite, very supportive, thanks to all staffs, and securities were helpful, thanks to Derrick and Daniel for his assistance. I'm glad and will always recommend this Hotel, its good for all your needs and easy to reach to places.

No gym or Swimming pool.

Location was great-two metro stations nearby. Taxis were always available. The staff was very cooperative, attentive, accommodative, supportive and was ready to propose solutions. The hotel was very clean and the guys took care of every aspect of the room. A mini carefour was available which served the purpose. Emirate mall is on10 mins walking distance. We found different eatery places close to the hotel. The main attractions in Dubai were easily accessible. Very calm, relaxed and comfortable sleep

Toiletries were not available. We were lucky to have them already. The size of the room was small, but the view was great. An iron board was available on the floor but not in the room.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for Mr Hatem exceptional service as the reception manager. It was your welcoming demeanor and dedication to guest satisfaction that made me decide to stay at this hotel, and it has been a decision I am thoroughly pleased with, Also i wanted to extend my thanks to Miss Maryam from the reception team for her nice treatment.

Staff is very good specially front desk , and it’s very near to the mall and I like the lobby that was amazing.

The room is very small and washroom also too much small. That’s the thing I don’t like there and no swimming pool also , and need to ask for everything that thing is normally everyone used like toothpaste and saving kit and shop and shower gel and shampoo conditioner . Nothing there but she told me in the front desk need to ask but this thing is not good because if I go for shower then I see oh no shampoo and shower gel here then I need to call then I need to wait for that ?

The staff were friendly, and helpful. Indeed many of them prided themselves on a personal service. That really makes being away from home for a period of time less painful

The hotel cancelled my reservation before I arrived. I was told this was because I opted to pay at the property. Thankfully when I got there they did find a room, but I could have done without the anxiety. I only received the cancellation message when I landed in Dubai.

If you are a tourist, the location is actually perfect ( I'm a resident so I would not usually care that much). It is walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates and Mashreq Metro Station. Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are few stations away. Other international and local hotels are also in the area. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere. A 24/7 Carrefour Supermarket is exactly next to the property. It has a shared basement parking with Novotel. Check-in was smooth. We booked a twin room. It was the smallest twin room I have ever seen :) It's as if a queen size bed was cut into half, but they were comfy. It's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The breakfast was ok, it is a shared buffet with Novotel.

Minor things, we asked for an ashtray and it was not delivered the first time, we had to ask again. They don't allow IBIS guests to use the pool and other facilities at Novotel - other IBIS/Novotel would.

Durga And Bishal from housekeeping keep my room clean and tidy. They always ensure exceed the guest expectation. The stay was awesome. I appreciate the room service order taker , I totally forgot her name, she go above and beyond to ensure that i will get my ginger tea, since I was not feeling well the whole stay.

Hotel was old. If you want privacy, I don't think the hotel is for you, walls of the hotel room maybe thin or the like, that you could hear the sound from next door guest, even when flushing their toilets.

Great location, metro station is close. Carrefour exacty next to the hotel. Big room, very clean.
