During my stay at the front desk, Mr. Layal Asia Mina was very helpful in accommodating my needs. Also Mr. Mahesh, my room attendant, was extremely kind and always willing to help. I also had the pleasure of meeting him from India, who was a friendly and attentive staff member. He did an excellent job during my stay, making it even more enjoyable. The location is ideal, with the Emirates Mall just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, there is a small supermarket at the front door and several nearby restaurants. You'll be pleased to know that everything you need is within proximity, including Starbucks, barberries, and other dining options.

The rooms were amazing, the hotel was easily accessible to major tourist attractions in Dubai. The breakfast was not included in the room although, it was amazing there was a lot of varity to offer the guests.

I have a complaint that the staff did not handle well. They charged me for breakfast for a third person even though my wife and I were only there as two people. When I was checking out, I was informed of this situation, and the front desk staff, I believe her name was Ms. Layla, kept interrupting me as I tried to explain it to her. My suggestion to your staff is to pay attention to the entire story before interrupting the guest and showing facial expressions. She eventually summoned her manager, who gave me his number. His name is Mr. Mena, and I haven't heard from him about the matter since I checked out two days ago. He charged me for the extra person and never got back to me. The only issue I had was with check-out; otherwise, the stay was fantastic.

Breakfast is good. I stayed for 6 days but it’s mostly the same everyday. Restaurant staff is really helpful. Front desk Layal and security head Helan were really helpful and hats off for their super customer care.

I made the reservation for one bedroom apartment but they offered me a handicap room. I asked them to change the room soon since it’s hard to stay with my 10month the old baby in that. Complained about it to front desk manager Mina and he didn’t give a proper solution for that and his service is very poor. But Layal offered me a new room on the next day. When checking out waited for 30min for the bellboy but didn’t appear. So had to do it by myself and got late for the airport

I stayed here for one week with my mother, and we really enjoyed our stay! The size of the room was perfect, and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was super, the hotel was located near two metro stations and Mall of Emirates where you had plenty of shopping oppurtunities. The hotel had a big variation of breakfast, and you could also find many cafées/restaurants near the hotel. The service was great, and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. I would like to thank everyone who helped us and especially mr. Nitin who made sure that we got our breakfast before checking out early in the morning from the hotel. That was very appreciated. We would definetly like to come back when we visit Dubai again, and I can definetly recommend the hotel for everyone.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel exuded a pleasant aroma. I can genuinely say that I loved every aspect of my stay at Millennium Al Barsha. The staff's dedication and friendliness made the experience truly unforgettable. This hotel is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an exceptional and enjoyable stay.

It’s in the heart of Dubai amazing

The atmopshere is absoutely stunning and we have completely enjoyed. Thanks to Salmaan at the reception who was very calm and always provided us enough amenities when we requested. A must visit!

The staff was very friendly and eager to help at all times. We were graciously upgraded to a one bedroom apartment without any charges and the team went the extra mile on our wedding anniversary by offering a small cake to celebrate. The house keeping team kept the room immaculate. A special mention for Mr George & Prabhu. The hotel is well located and within a 8 minutes walk to the Mall of Emirates. Will definitely be staying at Millennium Al Barsha again and recommend thw hotel. Thank you for making our stay with you most enjoyable!

The breakfast was about the same daily.

I liked the location, it's a walking distance from the mall of the Emirates and metro/bus stations. Also, a lot of markets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful. I also ordered lunch to my room and it was delicious. The room was spatious overlooking the restaurant's garden area, and clean. Room service staff were nice and helpful.

The bed mattress was not very comfortable for me. I also wished there were two electricity sockets on both sides of the bed, as my preferred sleeping bed side didn't have one. Also, TV channels could have more options.
