It was a comfortable serviced apartment in a hotel complex in the Palm during a work event. It suited our purpose and we got some time to relax on the wonderful beach attached to the pool. The apartment suited us fine.

There was building work outside our room which we would hear from time to time. We had hired a car and kept getting lost on the way out and to the Palm ! Driving in Dubai takes some practise. It would be have been convenient probably to be on the marina.

The location of the hotel is lovely, right near the top of the Palm, and staff in the actuall Hotel were great. A special mention to Elaine, Poe Poe, and Collins in the 20four restaurant, they were helpful, attentive, and very friendly. The hotel security and door staff were very helpful with arranging taxis, etc. The hotel lobby and grounds were spotlessly clean. The room was lovely and spacious, with a separate lounge area. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay

Bit disorganised round the pool, went to charge us for towels on 1st day, had to explain we were hotel guest but still said no to towels, but the lady on the beach happily brought us some. Had to get a new wristband each day for around the pool.. Seemed odd not to just keep the same one (also not very environmentally friendly, a waste). Told where we could and couldn't sit, depending on the colour of your wristband. No alcoholic drinks at the beach bar, only in the front restaurant.

The hotel was clean, the room was large and it was easy to get to the pool/beach area. Staff were friendly. The gym is well equipped with modern fixed and free weights. Only a small collection of cardio machines, but enough as the gym was never more than 4 people busy. Location on the palm meant there wasn't an awful lot to do except walk along the front. Even then there are no shops/cafes. A taxi ride was needed to venture off the palm. The nearest shopping/restaurant complex, called the Pointe, wasn't that great and a lot of units are empty.

Very confusing with the pool set up. First day we collected our own towels and were allowed to sit anywhere. Second day, we were told we couldn't sit in several places - one area for the residents, one area for paying day guests. Left sun beds that weren't in the sun. Whilst observing other people arriving, it was obvious that the same rules didn't apply to everyone! On the third day all the towels were on the beds and we didn't need to pick up our own towels. On day four, we got a wrist band...... very weird

I rate the hotel in advance. There are much things to improve but the team is excelent and they 'll surely manage it. What is great: 1. Staff, personnel. They make the play. Helpfull, resposible and friendly. One notice to new guests. Unofficial culture in this place: "always ask". It means, you get everything you want (reasonable) but it's not by default, you should ask anyboby from the staff, and they'll do it. Special thanks to all reataurant team. We miss you all! Personal thanks to reception managers: Carolina for you assistance almost every evening. Karina - thanks for solving our small demands and of cause - Martin for your assistance. If I do not mention somebody, it does not mean that ther's something wrong. All hotel team members we dealed with were amazing friendly, responsive and helpfull. Generally, you feel like all personnel of the hotel works specially for you. It values. 2. Room. The room is spacious comparing to what neibour hotels provide. 3. View . Amazing view. We had "skyline" apartment view. But other option is to have dawn view on other side is also great. 4. Beach. Wide sandy beach and warm and shallow water. Good for children and good for long distance swimming. 5. Breakfast. Everything you can even imagine for the breakfast - from different eggs meals made by the order to the variety of pre-cooked options. Good juices, fruits and coffee. 6. Super comfortable and cosy bed. Silent room for comfortable sleep. 7. Price for value. Suppose it's only for the starting period when they tune the service. You can not get any hotel on the Palm for such a price. It' s simply impossible.

And now what should be improved: 1. Cleaning quality in the rooms. Dust is under the bed, between the decorative strips. 2. Please make the usual labels "do not disturb" or track the guests presence in the room. Often cleaning team comes right when we had afternoon dreaming. 3. Shower cabin leaks. Please do something. It's no good when you have wet floor all the time. 4. WC placement is an ergonimic mistake. 5. For european guest you should provide ac adapter by defoult. 6. It has fully equiped kitchen and washing machine but there are no even starting sponge and liquids for dish and washing.

The type of service, special house keeping, I have put the light to clean my suit in the morning & went to Atlantis Aqua Park with my family, then I came back & no one cleaned the room or changed the towels or put shampoo. I called the receptionist 5 times asking for some one to clean my room & no one came, I went down three time to Receiption asking for at least towels & shampoo to give my family so they can have a shower, & nothing provided although they promise they will send to my room. only after three hours of waiting & making alot of trouble them; then they send the towels & shampoo. the hotel is very good but housekeeping services are very bad & they give fake promises. You have to peg to be able to get the service & you will not.

Upgraded to a three bed apartment which was lovely. Great breakfast. Nice staff.

Next to a building site which is at the foundation stage. Woken to Jack hammers at 7am but got us used to U.K. time! Vegetarian food scarce at dinner but staff provided a special meal when u asked. Pool very shallow - great for young kids but not great for adult swimming. Sea 50 metres away so not the end of the world. Taxi ride to anywhere.

The only one best residence at the Palm. It is now my little haven of peace in Dubai. Really. And I am not over reacting. And I am quite picky and though when it comes to hospitality as business traveller but also for pleasure. In 2022, I have no mercy for any hotels. And Wyndham Residences Palm checks all the boxes : Fast check-in, Safety, cleanliness, plethora of equipment in the room with washing machines and kitchen, super confortable bed. What a good surprise! Special Kudo to all the staff, starting with Aleedine (Front office Manager) with his excellent service. He is really keen to help customers with his active listening , patience and high quality advices. Actually, he is one that makes my stay incredible. It doesn't deserve 5 stars but 6 stars!!!. And I know what I am talking about with 12 years in the region and specially in Dubai. Another Kudo to Marzouk for his professional attitude at the check-in. In only 5 min, I get my room key. So fast. I didn't even get the time to check my phones. Special note to Ajai for his help to fix the TV room. Superb approach. Willing to help to get things done asap. I can't remember all the names of this wonderful staffing. But they are highly professional. And this is what I am expecting in 2022. For my leasure and working time. Just imagine, you are in Dubai at the man-build island, superb service, private beach at the palm, swimming pool, gym, listening the birds with no city noises , peace of mind, near all landmark within 10 min...What else we are expecting? For me nothing else. I am highly satisfied and recommend at 200% Wyndham ResidencesPalm. This is now my new home in Dubai with no hesitation.

After reading the reviews, we still decided to rely on our intuition. Room: The room is excellent, with a plush bed, lovely pillows and duvet. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. Towels were designed for one, but they immediately brought us even more. According to reviews, there was a smell in the bathroom, and sometimes it was present, but after a shower it went away for a long time. I think due to the fact that the hotel is new. Everything is very ergonomically arranged. A chic terrace-balcony, closed and at the same time with a gorgeous view. It is for waking up to the birds singing in the morning. Food: The breakfast is excellent, for all tastes. We took half board (knowing the prices in restaurants in Dubai, and even more so in Palma), i.e. could eat 1 time at any time of the restaurant. The menu is simplistic but delicious. Divine sea bass and ribeye steak, soups, belissimo salads. They cooked dinner themselves, although the wife had enough fruit from lunch. Service: Cleaned up well, fast. Lemon water was provided upon arrival. We arrived earlier than check-in, but we were seated immediately. The restaurant staff is also very friendly and helpful. Beach: In the reviews they wrote that there were no sun loungers, which we were incredibly happy about. A stunning view opens up. In the evening it is nice to walk along the coast and on the water. Hotel area: There is still construction work going on (that's why the price of the hotel is so low), but it didn't bother us at all, neither in the room nor on the beach. Outside the hotel: A good walking area, close to the monorail (however, if you have several people, a taxi is cheaper), but we wanted to ride it. Nearby (by taxi or 1 stop on the monorail) The Pointe mall (grocery store, also shops for shopping). We were very well impressed. Would we return again? Of course.
