Really lovely sized apartment (we took the 1 bed suite and it was ideal for a family of 4) in a perfect part of RAK - 30 seconds to the Waldorf Hotel and a 5 min drive to the Al Hamra Mall. 1 bed suites have - separate master bedroom with on suite (yes there is a door), large lounge, guest toilet & large kitchen. If you have Privilee it becomes a 9 out of 10 as you suddenly get full access to the Waldorf facilities, kids club, pools etc. Staff are super friendly and engaging.

The buffet breakfast is “Ok”, and probably the only thing that the venue scores averagely. Food gets a bit tired, but if you’re an omelette fan then there is a fresh cooking station which it great.

Whole personnel was very friendly, especially to the kids. Also food was very good with lot of vegetable and salad options too. Room was spacious, only downside was the enclosed terrace.

Plates were too big and heavy for the kids. Lot of russian tourists who always tried to reserve sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. It happened few times that sunbeds nearest to the sea were reserved but people did not show up all until noon. But staff can't do anything about it this is clearly issues with tourists.

Location was good and the premisewas neat and clean. Staff were friendly. Special mention about the cleanliness and well maintained pool and beach area.

If there is some kind of sun protection above the pool, like a transparent pergola, it would beore comfortable in the pool during daytime when the sunrays are strong.

AMENITIES: They have 2 swimming pools which are heated ones and with enough sunloungers to accommodate us, very clean beachfront with umbrellas and sunloungers properly monitored by the life guards, Fresca Pool bar where the guests can enjoy live music and have drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) open until 23:00hrs, White Bar on the beach which serves drinks to beach goers until sunset, gymnasium, watersport activities, lounge, and many more. FOOD & DRINKS: The food selection in the buffet is really great and offers a lot of choices for us. Consisting of appetizers, vegetarian options, non-vegetarian options, salads, live cooking during breakfast, 2 types of soups every meal, desserts, coffee section, cold drinks and alcoholic drinks section, and separate order food and beverages are also available in the bar. For all inclusive, they giving a lot of choices for drinks suck as cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, juices, and softdrinks. Overall, the food and beverages are superb and satisfying. They will give you excellent services as well. Special mention and thanks to Ms. Magie, the lounge hostess, who assisted us in all our dining. SERVICES: Available services in the hotel is very nice. Staffers are all accommodating and respectful. They have vallet parking as well. Luggages are tagged and brought to your room. They are giving towels in pool and beach as well. Life guards are available to monitor the swimmers. LOCATION: The location of the property is very easy to locate and strategically located in beachfront area of Ras Al Khaimah along with other famous hotels. OVERALL: We are very satisfied and will recommend the property to friends, colleagues, and others.

We only booked a two-day stay only. We should have at least booked a three-day stay to further enjoy the amenities, food and drinks, and great services. Will definitely return back and book another stay here.

Amazing location, spacious penthouse apartment and great value for money. A special thanks to Raghu, the FnB manager and his team for the lovely breakfast spread and their patience with the guests in helping them with a smile inspite of the hotel being full. Credit goes to Raghu as a manager who was helping guests himself at every table. Reception staff were also extremely helpful and courteous inspite of a full hotel during national day celebrations. Kudos to the entire team!!

Lovely property, very green, great beach and pools - they have 2 adult pools and 1 kids pool We stayed at 2 bedroom apartment. Place was very clean and spacious

Very minor comment - the showers did not have a soap/shampoo holder. we had keep the shower gel and shampoo on the floor.

It's a dog friendly resort , very few in uae.clean place, very big and spacious rooms and value for money. Also good breakfast options

We were told that Pets are allowed at the restaurant and pool area (not in the pool) but when we reached both the places we were not given entry as it was not allowed...the coordination between the reception and the restaurant and pool with the reception is not good. Should improve and clear instructions should be available

well located, nice building and facilities, beach is good , food is not bad specially on the White Beach Bar also the music and atmosphere at this beach bar is very entertaining . Breakfast at the main restaurant can be improved , the staff is very professional and friendly, Mohsin at the reception was great help . Also a good point, it’s a pet friendly hotel

the breakfast needs improvement, more umbrellas on the beach side , the rooms are nice and clean but can use a bit of upgrade

The service provided by the staff was the highlight of our stay. They went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Starting from Dost Muhammad who ensured our bags were picked and delivered to the room and parked our car indoor, he also started our car and cooled it in time for checkout. Sushil & Ashwin at the bar & restaurant made sure we were well taken care of. They went beyond to help with our toddler. Rosalie and Sadaf at the kids club took great care of our toddler and engaged her well to keep her busy during the tenure of our stay. The chef was generous to accommodate our child's food preference.

I was let down by the size and layout of the room. We opted for 2 bedroom since we were 4 adults and 1 child. The living room was older and smaller. The layout was confusing and it felt very claustrophobic. I think it is time for Al Hamra Residence to upgrade their room interiors. The rooms and bathrooms were like older 80s motels. We didn't want to be in the room due to this and preferred to just go around the area to spend as little time inside as we could. There was also lot of sound starting at 6:30 am due to renovations happing in the adjacent hotel.

Serene morning with a beautiful dawn just in front of our balcony was a delightful experience. We really enjoyed the stay. It was a very short stay and we felt to come back again. The food was also nice, really enjoyed the buffet specifically stuffed turkey, all sweets and pastries.

Room service needs to improve for delayed response, waited so long to get the drinking water bottles in the room throughout the stay.
