City Stay Beach Hotel Apartments - Marjan Island

It’s very clean and near to beach

Everything is great on regards to hotel and facilities but atleast staffs must learn to be friendly somehow on dealing with customer. Staffs aren’t smiling at all . The lady receptionist was like in a bad mood but you shouldn’t bring it in the work place. You wanted to stay and relax but staffs aren’t giving you that vibe. Even sometimes male staffs are rude when answering the phone. We are from dubai and we really like to always come on this hotel but with this kind of attitudes it makes us feel off as well. Being in the hospitality industry shouldn’t be like this. I hope this will change otherwise everthing is great on this hotel. We live their pizza from their restaurant by the way.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever especially Mr. Ajmal Khan, Mr. Ahmad Farook, Aaqib, and lifeguard Mr. Surendera, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was quiet, all staff were trying to assist us, they have friendly approach and attitude specially the Asian two reception man and woman during morning shift which I own them apology for missing to know their names, also Razzak who assisted us with our luggage with nice smile whenever we meet him during our stay Restaurant staff Mohamed and others which I need to apology for them for not knowing their names also Also I want to thank the pool staff who also were very friendly and assisted us always even without asking to make sure that we are comfortable during our time in pool Finally special thanks for Mr. Methsiri Channa who was daily checking if we are comfortable and satisfied during our stay

Service: My room got upgraded to a deluxe triple-sea view room. Room slippers, dental kit, and personal care products: hand soap, soap/shampoo combo provided. The transport service was good and the driver was helpful and kind (he did not give out his name, unfortunately) Breakfast was good with variations.

Amenities: No towels and rug prepared till requested. Sound: Noise coming from the corridor. Perhaps from the loud voice of working personnel as they have some storage rooms nearby.

Property was good,amenities and facilities very satisfied only reception are very accomodated they offer us and extended time until our car rentals reach in the hotel . they offer also the sauna to give us a relaxing day with my friends . very satisfied on the service that they give us

in the restaurant they have a dinner buffet but is not that a buffet they our doing a made to order and staff was not that energetic in yhe restaurant.. but overall the place was very good hopefully nextime will comeback they can manage to prepare a good dinner buffet

Personnel is excellent, Abdurazak was very kind in the first day of our visit. Samir at the restaurant was very polite and helpful every day when we had our meals. Sitije, a guy who keeps swimming pool and beach area was very kind. The room is wide, not noisy with a nice balcony. The hotel it’s own beach. Not very crowded hotel as other hotels like Rixos. Meals are very nice. We tried all type of Indian, Arab meals every day.

The hotel furniture is a bit old, shampoo is not the best.

I'd like the seaview, quite and clean room, Joyce from Housekeeping was so attentive and she was explaining the situation if some instances that the room cleaning was delayed. The pool seems nice on the view, unfortunately we did not got a chance to use it.

The Facilities timing!!! We did travel along the way to reach there, and there is an event and usually you know the event /program usually comes into this timing 8 am - 8 pm , Specially if it was big conferences with a bunch number of delegates. The facilities will open at 9:00 am and close at 9:00pm, to the occupant like us expected early morning or late night could use the Jacuzzi and Spa for relaxation, but because of the given timing we don't have a chance to utilized it.

staff were very good decent and specially helpful, Mr. sameer (Breakfast time we met) he was very good and he help us a lot behavior was very good. rooms were neat and clean view excellent bathroom nice and clean. had a wonderful boat ride

we took half bording, dinner was not up to mark , no much options, buffet was not there had limited selection . only we like was rooms and staff. atmosphere very good

I need some coffee waters so I was calling to reception roomservice Bell desk but no one answered my call I tried 10 time's thn some one pick up the call they Said we'll send but till 2 hour's no one come again I call 5 time's thn they send some one only this rest of All is excellent
