I had the pleasure of staying at the Mangrove Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and I must say, Steffan made my experience truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, Steffan was there to assist with a warm smile and a level of professionalism that is rare to find. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, providing invaluable assistance whenever needed. Steffan’s genuine kindness and willingness to help made a significant difference in my stay. He wasn’t just doing his job; he was genuinely invested in making sure I had the best experience possible. His attention to detail and his eagerness to go the extra mile really stood out to me. Thank you, Steffan, for being such a great person and making my stay at Mangrove Hotel one of the best I’ve ever had. The room was excellent , stay was excellent. the only thing I recommend is that pls change the white lights to yellow lights...the whole world , 5 and 7 star hotels use yellow light ..but your hotel have a combination of both ...not good...other than that ALL WERE OKAY ...

I liked the staff, Mohamed and Amr was generous by giving us more of the expected, I liked the spacious and elegant room, I liked the sea view.

I didn't like the cleaning service, ounce I arrived I noted the hair on the bed and in the bathroom, hope they are really changing the bed set after each visitor, also the bathroom sometimes was not working, and I hope to put microwave and some tableware, and I hope that the electricity keeps working when we leave the room because there food in the freezer

Right from checkin to hassle free checkout, every phase of hotelier commitments during booking is expedited in an excellent " customer delight" mode. And Nrw celebration night with music, dance & food is mind blowing. Can say in routine that room is good, breakfast is good, hygiene is good, all toilettries provided etc are tip of iceberg of this property but ultimate satisfaction during over night stay expirinced by me. In a month or so my family us coming and this property is my final destination to book couple of rooms. Thanks to " booking.com", to suggest this , such a nice place!

For " in room dining," whatever ordered is asking immediate payment, which needs to be streamlined. Either add to room bill or collect some advance by stating check in itself.

Room was a nice big size. It was a very nice location. We could walk accross the road to coffee shops and walked looking at the stunning mangroves. Nice vibe. Supermarkets were close by. Good value for money

The mattrass needs replacing. I was sleeping in a hollow. I eventually turned around sleeping with my head, where my feet should be to find some comfort. If that didn't work I would have slept on the couch.

Very good location next to the Corniche walking area. Room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. Also has a balcony which has nice aerial view of the mangroves on one end and buildings on the other. Friendly and hospitable staff as well. Definitely recommend if you’re spending a few days in RAK. Certainly worth the price.

The location was right for our purpose. The rooms was excellent as the size are good. The toilets are clean. The lights and the AC temperature was good. The TV channels are great. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The swimming pool is not clean as there are many birds flying around, sitting on the wall on top of the water, and the feathers are in the water. The water does not seem to chlorinated, and it doesn't look clean either.

The reception guy (Mr. Steffan) was very gentle, polite and helpful I really appreciate his proffesionality and kindness, I will recommend him to any friend willing to book in the hotel.

Excellent location, close to mangrove beach walking track. Close to many eateries, barbershop and grocery shops. The rooms are spacious with decent amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap food and drinks.

The hotel is very old which is ok, but some items need to be changed like towels which were worn out. WiFi gets intermittent sometimes.

I like the location of the property since it’s near Corniche. Also, I love the hotel mainly because of the staffs. Sophia from the reception was very accommodation and help me with my checked-in. Mr. Noor who helped me with my luggage. Mr. Syed and his partner who always make sure my room is clean and organize. Nora who is nice and welcomed me at the bar. I appreciate their good work and positive attitude towards their work. Great job and more power to the team!
