The location is very convenient, you have restaurants, cafes, barber shop, supermarket ...etc nearby the hotel within walking distance. The view of the canal was amazing and you can do some activities like jet ski and bout riding and the price was affordable, me and my kids loved the beach that you can access only if you are a resident there. The staff are friendly and ready to help all the time.

First night in our staying, the people in the room above our apartment were very noisy and my kids couldn't sleep well. other than that, everything went well.

Very nice location, not far from the beach and the supermarket. During check-in my room was upgraded to one-bedroom seaview apartment, thanks a lot. The open beach only 20 minutes from the hotel, very clean and beautiful. There are a few sunbeds and umbrellas. The room was cleaned every day.

Breakfast was very poor and the same variaty of food every day. Some days were so much noise at night from the cars going past outside, especially on weekends.

The villa was very spacious. It had all the amenities.. the Service and staff were very nice. Very accommodating. Mr. Amjad was very courteous and helpful staff who made our stay very comfortable.

Very minor things...Since we ordered breakfast in our villa as we were large group .. the quantity of food provided was comparatively less for breakfast than if we had dined in the restaurant. Access to beach was far..

Great facilities and lots of space in the room. Staff were very fast and attentive. Breakfast was great when not buffet.

The kitchen only had a skillet to cook, not pots or pans available or kitchen knives. Breakfast was busy on Sunday so only buffet and not enough people to serve.

The villa require more attention and maintenance work. The pool should be cleaned regulary and can be covered / shaded Maid room should have soap, shampoo and lotion just like the other rooms

We enjoyed so much in this hotel, the staff were very nice and kind, very welcoming and accommodating at reception. They are always ready for any assistance we need. The room is very comfortable, walking area at the lagoon , pool is very nice and beach , we will come back again.

100% recommended this place, from staff yo the services it was all amazing, pool is a bit far but they provide shuttle. To pick up us and drop off same service for the beach. Very polite receptionist and always assisting us in all request. Ee loke everything

Everything about the hotel was amazing... I was late and tired and night, but Mr. DARVIN was so friendly and very helpful to clear out things n get nice room. I hope every1 goes to Jannah and meets Mr Darvin for the best customer service ever... thanks alot
