The location couldn't have for better, bathroom was massive and had a bath. The little quirky decor is a nice touch. First stay we has a massive shower and a separate free standing bath with a cute wee bear table second room still had a bath and the quirky touch was a Sweeney Todd mirror (so nice). Surrounding areas within the hotel keep with the quirky decor which is nice , staff are brilliant very accommodating.

It's a city centre hotel in a great location but the downside is it's noisy at night it's noise from the people out clubbing , morning it's traffic. But it's a choice and I think when staying in the city centre you've got to expect noise. We have stayed twice the first time our room was amazing massive and a lot more comfortable especially for a two night stay our recent stay we had a much smaller room but to be fair still bigger than most city centre hotels.

We stayed in the cabanel suite and the room was amazing. The circular bed had an option to be closed off with curtains and spotlights around the bed with a gorgeous angel/cherub painting on the roof. Lovely living room area also and bathroom was a great size. The hotel itself is lovely and we had breakfast one morning in the restaurant, food was great.

Room could have been hoovered/dusted more thoroughly before we arrived but nothing big to fault at all.

Even in their new circumstances the hotel could not have been more helpful and considerate to our needs. Staff are brilliant 👏 Well done Elaine and your staff. We'll be back.

Everything about the property is amazing. So close to everything and rooms are on point! The staff go above and beyond for you, especially Daniel. He was the friendliest and had the best customer service I’ve ever came across. The room was decorated for my partners birthday and it was perfect! He got such a surprise, couldn’t thank Daniel enough! When coming through to Aberdeen this will be the only hotel we stay in! Can’t wait to come back soon!

There was nothing to not like.

Location was excellent, staff were so friendly and the price was great. Also, breakfast and the staff were amazing.

So..we loved it, in the end, but there were issues. Our wasn’t cleaned despite being requested, we had some access issues at the beginning of our stay and everything tired around the edges.

Beautiful room. The bath was huge and very deep and comfortable.

Lack of towels and toiletries. Do think the descriptions need to be clearer on the rooms. The room was smaller than we hoped with no toiletries and from the site Description I had thought more would of been provided. Although we had a great stay.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The night I checked in they asked what I wanted for breakfast so that they could go to the shops later and get it for me. They also allowed me to have a later check out time and store my bags. I would stay there again.

I would maybe recommend lighting around the mirror as there wasn’t really any good lighting to do makeup in.

My mum and my daughter had a wee night away in Aberdeen, they said the room was very clean, comfortable and the staff where very helpful. They thoroughly enjoyed there breakfast and loved the surprise drinks delivered to there room that I arranged. Would def stay again

Staff really friendly. I had dinner and the food was really good. Room was great and its in a great location. Really can't fault it in terms of value for money and I will probably use the hotel again for future business trips to aberdeeen
