Great location, the property was very modern and had everything we needed! Bed was comfy and very good facilities. Would stay again for sure!

We didn’t get any house keeping ( we only would have got it on the Friday as no house keeping on weekend ) although we phoned the number and he came with fresh towels very quickly. Would have been better if there was cleaning products left to give surfaces a wipe over / a brush for sweeping the floor / bin bags for rubbish. Didn’t feel like I could leave the property as clean as I would have liked due to this.

A super little studio apartment, perfect for two adults and teenager on sofa bed. Super location, all we needed for a week's stay in the city. TV and kitchen facilities are good. Milk carton in fridge on arrival a nice touch, thank you. I called the host in advance for a couple of questions and he was very helpful, friendly and made everything easy.

Some investment touches here and there would bring it up even more - bathroom is a little tired with an awkwardly fitted toilet seat. Toaster catch is temperamental in the kitchen.

Large rooms at the top level of the house. Fully equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms. Panoramic view to the port. Parking is free on the street for nights, NCP parking lot has option to be used.

There is no elevator/lift in the building. Stairs are narrow, Carrying heavy suitcases is hard to the third level. Apartman is in LEZ zone. In front of the building is not permitted to park for longer and the other side is payzone, however parking is free on both sides during the nights. Deposit was required on check-in.

The location is fantastic as the location is ten minutes walk from the train station and Marischal street is connected to the harbour at one end and Union Street at the other. The flat was roomy and clean, and ticked all the basic boxes in terms of towels, kitchen and TV.

The furniture is a bit old and outdated and needs replacing - especially the bed: it was creaky and rickety and my wife couldn’t sleep on it (she slept on the sofa).

for the amount of people that the flat caters for, we felt it was lacking a bit for pots and pans that are big enough to cook for 6/7 people. It lacked a little in utensils, there were only two cutting knives and no cheese grater which be a simple but effective addition to include in future. We also felt the pressure of the shower was quite weak, would be worth looking into that too.

Lovely 1 bed apartment in the city centre of Aberdeen. 2 minute walk from NCP car park and a 10 minute walk from union square. Easy self check in with codes sent before arrival. Apartment was nice, large kitchen with living space, bathroom and double bedroom. Lovely to have some essentials such as milk and bread etc. we got a great price for the apartment so I am happy for what we paid.

Apartment was clean but wasn’t the cleanest. Extractor fan in bathroom looked like it had never been wiped down and could do with a clean / lick of paint especially at the stairway. Maybe a wee suggestion with the coffee to have individual sachets instead of an open jar for every guest to use.

Perfect Location. The apartment was very modern and clean too. Liked that the place was secure especially being right off Union Street. The complimentary toiletries were also really lovely. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need to cook, have a cuppa, etc.

The heaters despite being turned to max, so we would have a warm place to come back to after going out in the cold during the day, didn't ever seem to keep the place warm. We had to use the spare duvet to keep round us while sitting in the lounge.

Excellent location (very central, close to bus stops), and at the same time a quiet area. Entrance to the building and apartment by codes, no keys, which was very convenient. Responsive and quick service - in the evening of the first day we asked a blanket and linens for a second bed, which were provided asap on the same evening. There is no breakfast served, but there was some food left in the apartment - bread, cereals, milk and fruit, which was enough for more than one breakfast. No coffee machine, but an option to prepare filtered coffee as ground coffee and filters were provided. Nothing fancy in the apartment, but all basics for good survival were found there. A lot of pillows in the bedroom - special thanks for that!

There was no shampoo in the bathroom, which would be appreciated by travellers. Also some paper towels/napkins would be nice to have item, which we bought ourselves. In the bedroom closet there was some kind of heating(?) device, which frightened me from time to time with a deep and loud noise, especially when sleeping at night, I am not sure if such a thing is to be found also in other apartments :) But no complaints, the apartment was warm because of that probably :)

Location was great, apartment was comfortable, well appointed, with coffee and tea, sugar and kitchenware. Good for two people, one on pullout couch (which was comfortable) and one in bedroom.

We were there for work and needed WiFI. It was spotty, dropping calls, going offline. I wrote the mgt but didn't hear back. The apartment was on the ground floor, with passerby walking right by the windows.

The flat is stunning, situated in a fully renovated building, perfectly located, a few tens of meters from the city center but in a quiet street. The three rooms are nice, the kitchen is well furbished and the bathroom is comfortable. We parked in the street but there is a public parking close with a negotiated rate using the Marischal discount code. Two important comments: - The flat is on the third floor without elevator. - There are three double beds, hence sleeps 6 but in 3 beds.

Sleeps 6 but seats only 5 around the table as a chair was missing. Fortunately, we found a solution but should be solved.
