I have stayed here before so knew exactly what i was getting. I was only here for a night and would only be checking in, going out and coming back late so the room was perfect for me at that price. What more does one want. I had a comfortable bed coat hangers in the wardrobe, tea/coffee/ television and a lovely hot shower with complimentary soaps and shampoos provided.

Nothing. Everything was fine for me. Only slightly confusing finding my room but not really any hassle at all. Will gladly stay here again as it is always value for money.

I love the location of this property, I love that the staff are so welcoming - I have visited this property 5 times now - every time I come to Aberdeen … the service and staff assistance is always just the best. On my visit in October it was Charles at reception , he fully accommodated the need for me to be on a lower floor as I am unable to climb stairs . The beds were amazingly comfortable very clean and Cosy… parking available another plus shirt and toilet facilities clean and wholly operational coffee facilities topped up when required. as always I felt safe within the premises, most times I travel alone. All Covid rules observed price amazing thank you to all the staff for ensuring an excellent service every time.

noting to dislike … perhaps upgrade of bedroom furniture but otherwise nothing.

The interior decoration was nice and the furniture was nice. Having an ensuite bathroom and shower was lovely. Good facilities. The bed was lovely and coffee was available for the morning. Very good and I would use this place for concerts and theatre shows anytime. Cheers from Andy Mundie. 👍😊🍀

Good price for a private ensuite room. Very comfy bed and pillows.

There was maintenance work being carried out but nobody thought to mention this. I desperately needed a shower after travelling all day only to find the hot water had been turned off. If staff had told me upon arrival then it would have saved me the inconvenience of removing my clothes and getting partially wet for nothing. The other thing is hair. The housekeepers were not thorough enough. I've worked as a housekeeper and always made sure all hairs were removed. Just a little bit more attention to detail is required.

Very central, near the bus and railways station, (if walking there's a staircase to navigate from Union Street to Crown Terrace of 73 steps! I couldn't manage up so went long way round but managed down them ok! Fitter folk will manage no bother) Friendly staff. I was only looking for somewhere to lay my head after a long day out and about, realised restaurant/bar closed at the moment so I was fine with eating out , the price per night initially caught my eye, but I must say I was really pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room (double).I will definitely visit again.

Only one tiny request, I'd like to have a hairdryer in the room.

Superb location two minutes from Union Street. Nice friendly staff, always pleasant when you passed them at reception. Very easy check in/out. Great value for money slap bang in the center of town.

Only down side was the constant banging of doors, I realize that fire doors must close over but they can be adjusted to be as slow as possible for the last few degrees

I will recommend anyone wanting a break in Aberdeen to book with you, as I will again myself. The location is spot on, right in heart of city and O gad a quiet room which I requested. I had such a good restful sleep in a comfortable, clean bed. Amazing. We were allowed to leave our luggage for couple if hours aswell after check out as we had time to kill before our train home to Edinburgh. Thankyou very much. We'll definately be back. C Watson. The restaurant/bar was closed, due to Coronavirus, so no meals taken to comment upon. The room was huge, comprising a large lounge and bedroom, separated by a short hall, where you entered a very reasonably-sized bathroom. The location was perfect, being just off Union Street, Aberdeen's main thoroughfare.

The Hotel is located in the city centre which is handy for all the local restaurants/bars etc. It offers great value especially for a Aberdeen city centre hotel.

On this visit there was no milk available in room for your tea/coffee which was a little surprising and disappointing. I asked for some at reception and they advised that they had run out and apologised.

Have travelled quite a few countries and have stayed at places, I must say have never had such hospitality! Right from helping with the parking to arranging alternate room for my parents (who struggle taking stairs) with just a mention are only few of the many good things I could go on praising. The best thing though was – Prime location (walking distance from city centre, Indian restaurants and Union Square Shopping Centre). Had a very comfortable and relaxed stay.
