The staff are kind and helpful, from the front desk reception, waitresses, and room attendant. It was a busy week when we visited Scotland, However, the smiles in their faces always give us the feeling that we are on vacation. We were treated well. If we're back in Aberdeen, we will stay and choose the same hotel. The bakeshop in front of the hotel is famous and makes fresh Scottish bread with a twist and its delicious, Booba drinks that my daughter loves are 2 minutes away. Sainsbury, Tesco, and other shops are within reach.
Parking is a bit of the downside, well it's in the city centre. It's £3.45 per hour if you can not avail the hotel free parking.

EXCEPTIONAL. Great attention from all the staff; very professional. They helped us a to contact and book activities in Aberdeenshire. Thanks to their recommendations we were able to do everything we wanted! Large, clean, very cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Adequate ventilation all the time. Walking distance to metro and train stations. Next to Union Street, main street in Aberdeen. Full buffet breakfast, PERFECT. They offer good quality products. Constant replenishment of all foods and drinks. Very good bar and restaurant service.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds comfy. My mum stayed in wheelchair accessible room and it was perfect for her needs. Loads of space and large bathroom. Lovely showers with plenty of shower gel and shampoo provided. The location is very good, just off Union Street, close to lots of restaurants but about 10mins walk to shopping area.
The triple room was very small when the sofa bed was open. Just a suggestion but the accessible room could benefit from a luggage rack, to place your suitcase on.

Breakfast buffet was good but a bit short of great. Fried eggs and boiled eggs on the menu would have made the breakfast very good and fresh juice would have made it great. Breakfast restaurant is very spacious. Vegetarian sausages are available on request but can take 20 to 30 minutes to get ready. The location of the hotel is very good. City council public car park is very near (2 to 3 minutes walk) and is not very expensive (overnight parking cost me 7 GBP). Room size is medium for 2 people, but if you use the sofa bed then the room size is small. Room had electric kettle and complimentary tea and coffee arrangement.
Hotel car park is very limited and most of the time we could not find a place. However, a city council public car park is very near (2 to 3 minutes walk) and is not very expensive (overnight parking cost me 7 GBP). The size of the double bed is small. Fear of falling down the bed during the night remained in my mind and my wife's mind. There is no safety deposit box or mini refrigerator in the room.

Room was clean. And majority of the staff were polite and helpful.
Member of staff trying to check us out being distracted by another member of staff (Indian gentleman)who didn't seem to understand customer service. She was speaking to myself and he was asking her about another matter and then another customer asked for assistance and he tried to discuss this as well. While he was technically free to help the other customer, he loomed over the lady dealing with me. He was also the same gentleman who checked us in and I found him abrupt when I questioned about the £50 hold on top of the room fee, since it's not mentioned upon booking.

spacious and cosy room sofa bed was comfortable this is where my son and I slept, breakfast was 10/10. staff were amazing with my son, a lady working there gifted him a toy to entertain him as he was upset, all staff were so kind and very welcoming
the room was very warm and I didn’t know how to turn the heating off, but couldn’t leave the window open due to where my son was sleeping or he would of had a draft on him all night. when my son cried late at night the neighbour in the next room would bang on the wall but can’t magically stop a child from crying so there was nothing I could do

Lovely and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed. Breakfast selection was excellent and staff were super helpful.
I had a disabled room. Luckily I was able to use my crutches that day because had I been in my wheelchair the entrance into the bathroom would have been very difficult. The little wedge into the bathroom is too steep really. It has put me off visiting again especially solo as I wouldn't have been able to manage it myself. I was in 401 I'm not giving a bad review as everything else was excellent and it didn't spoil my stay.

Room was nice with a comfortable bed and decent pillows, the hotel is well situated it’s basically seconds off the main shopping street with plenty restaurants, pubs and cafes at hand, breakfast at the hotel was basic but hot and very tasty indeed it got quite busy and the girls working the morning shift during our stay did an admirable job keeping food and juices topped up and dealing with everyone’s needs, all and all a very pleasant stay.
Everything was fine during our stay so no complaints.

Location was good, staff was friendly, rooms were clean
Breakfast could have been better. There was not much choice for breakfast and whatever was there would always run out. No enough fruits even. Rooms should have a safe. Toiletries should be provided and not just have shampoo n body wash in a big bottle. Keep disposable toothbrush & other daily necessities i the room as not everyone travel with all these things. For hygiene purpose, keep small onetime use bottles of shampoo, body wash n soap bar

The only thing I didn't really like is that we arrived there a bit early, about 13.50, when the check in was meant to be from 14.00, so fair enough that we were told that we need to wait a bit. The woman at the desk (filipino maybe) though couldn't find my booking even though I booked months ahead and I had and showed her their confirmation email and the booking number - really worried me for a good 5 mins, although in the end her college came to help her as she just seemed lost and distracted. We had to sit down nearly an hour as the room wasn't ready not even at 14.00 🥴🫤 a bit upsetting after traveling for hours. However location is excellent, easy to find, didn't need transport from train station as it was close enough. Rest of the staff has been super helpful and friendly before checking in. We had a pint in the breakfast area and then finally checked in - the room was extremely spontaneous and clean - absolutely beautiful and had everything needed - TV, wifi, drinks and kettle for the morning, towels, toiletries, good sized pillows and super comfortable beds. One of the best places I've stayed, really, considering how cheap it was. Breakfast was included in the price - buffet breakfast - cannot stress enough how well organized and abundant - food was absolutely beautiful, had just everything from bacon, sausages and toast to milk, cereal, orange juice etc. Staff was really attending to replace a dish when it finished straight away, honestly a lot of choice and high quality products and hygiene. We actually ate too much and laughed saying they should limit portions because they must be in loss with people putting on their plates more than they needed. Such a great place and such cleanliness !! Superb location and very comfortable and clean rooms - will definitely come again and recommend to anyone. Thank you for an impeccable service 🥰🥰
Just the timing I guess, they should follow the check in/out times mentioned on their website - personally I wasn't too bothered but it's inconvenient when you travel with children as they get really impatient.. Not the worst thing I guess..
