I use No 10 short stays with my every trip to Basingstoke if it's available on the days in question for a few very simple reasons . Fast response from staff regarding your check in and out times they also have accomadated my early arrival as well with no complaints . I have even left things behind and had to travel back to them and the staff reallowed me access with no issues . The apartments are always clean and tidy and you can tell it's been done before you arrive . All In all extremely professional and fantastic customer service and usually no more than a extra £10 then what a hotel would cost with all the home comforts and keeping your privacy I shall continue to use it every time and cannot recommend that you do too enough:)

I was charge twice by the host for the same booking and the host didn't want to refund the payment I then escalate it to booking.com to get my refund I wasn't happy as I call the host and she did agreed to refund the amount within 2 days I call her and message her and she didn't answer my calls or reply to my messages I then have to contact booking.com to get my refund. Regarding the host that was dishonesty and unacceptable

We have rent a small apartment at the No 10 Short Stay and we were two adults and one kids. Linzi did an upgrade for free to a bigger apartment with two bedrooms, two baths, an open space with living room and kitchen. The apartment was amazing, very nice, clean and in a strategic position, very near to the town centre and Festival Place shopping centre. Next time we'll come to Basingstoke, we will rent the same apartment. Very recommended!

Nothing, everithing was perfect!

When I arrived Lyndsey was there to greet me and check me in personally and she was always available for anything I needed during my stay, an incredible and welcoming host. The apartment was just refurbished, everything brand new, tasteful decor, TVs on the living room and the bedroom. Everything just perfect, excellent. Looking forward to book again with Lyndsey next time I go to Basingstoke!

The property was of outstanding standard, spotlessly clean, finishing little touches and attention to detail was displayed in furnishings and comfort. The location was great right in the centre of Basingstoke. The host Linzi did everything she could to make my stay an enjoyable experience, like allowing an earlier check-in and later check out time. Looking forward to coming again very soon.

Lovely apartment, very modern decor. Good quality of finish. Location very good, easy access to shops & restaurants. Very well equipped.

Apartment was not clean in certain areas e.g. bedside table stained & sticky. Bedside lamp very dusty. Hob had residue from previous use. Also, found that smell of smoke from smokers outside window permeated into bathroom even though window closed.

Pretty Victorian house. Beautiful and comfortable decor. Brand new, good quality fixtures and fittings. Has everything you need. Show house clean. Shopping facilities and train station nearby. Great location for work. Free parking. Fantastic host. Thank you for our lovey stay. Highly recommended.

Location was very ideal, the property was new so it feels very comfortable and safe. You have much of everything.

The microwave was dirty, used and uncleaned I had to clean it up. Tomato based food was last heated up, so you can imagine the horror. Made we doubt the overall cleanliness.

Unable to see house number in the dark - not sure there was one Front door Entry was difficult. It took several tries to unlock No BBC 1 or 2 0n lounge TV No bedside table or light on one side of bed , No knives for cooking - . No EV chaging points for dlectric cars

Great location, easy walk to the shops. Comfortable bed. Good for longer stays. Would book again.

Suggestions: A hairdryer would be good. Maybe a washable cover for the couch as it had marks/stains on it.
