Bath Breaks Apartments

Excellent location just a 10+ minutes walk from the centre of Bath and with a Sainsbury supermarket 2 minutes away. Parking in Bath isn't easy but there is a major car park less than 5 minutes away, It is a clean and modern flat on 2 levels. We didn't find anything that we missed at all. Andrew is very friendly and responsive.

There are no curtains in the main bedroom, just blinds, so if you like your bedroom to be totally dark, then you are going to suffer. The traffic on the street is also rather noisy, so if you are in the main bedroom and you are easily disturbed, then you had better be an early riser.

Love the size of the apartment. Very cosy and comfortable for friends trip. Kitchen tools were an important thing for us. We did cook alot for dinner. Cleanliness is awesome. The bedrooms are very very nice Ventilation is so good as well therefore you get fresh air within seconds. Another surprise would be the sleeping ear buds, I am the person who daily uses it. So it was extremely helpful for my deep sleep during this trip.

It is not a bit of a deal but just some distance from the station. But I didn't mind walking.

Loved how close everything was - really not far to walk into Bath at all. Beds were comfortable and everything you need for a comfy stay. 2 teens were happy also 😊 Amazing weather - it was very hot the weekend we went.

1 seater sofa was very light and didn’t seem stable…going as a family of 4 the seating has to perfect especially when your son is over 6ft. So I felt we weren’t as comfortable all in one space but that said it’s just the lay out of how it is so space has to be particular. Someone show has smaller children perfect!

The location is a short walk from Bath centre train station and a host of bars & restaurants.. The apartment was clean, cosy and well equipped. We were there for a 60th birthday weekend. We all had an excellent nights sleep in very comfy beds. The owner was a phone call or message away and answered any queries I had quickly or by phone call. Will definitely be back.

Instructions for entering the property were clear and sent in good time. Apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped...the free biccies were much appreciated! Beds were comfortable and the towels provided were good quality. The area has plenty of good eating and drinking opportunities and walking into the centre is easy.

Parking is expensive (car park) and street parking well-nigh impossible - although to be expected in a big, touristy city. We were very fortunate to find a disabled spot around the corner. Didn't find any instructions for the tv. Not expecting to need any after many years of being able to change channels without assistance but this one appeared permanently stuck on BBC1! :-D

The location is great. City centre, Roman bath & Christmas market are all within walking distance. However we did not manage to find the Sainsbury’s store (supposed to be opposite the apartment according to the listing). The place is very clean & well maintained.

The room is a bit small for a family of 5 pax. After setting up the foldable sofa bed, we have little space for our luggage. There is no parking space so offloading & uploading of luggage from/ into the car can be quite challenging. As the room is on the second floor, moving of luggage can be tiring. The nearest parking is at Charlotte Street parking which is about 15 minutes walk and you would need to download an app to pay for parking.

Exceptional stay. The thing which I liked the most was the kitchen. It was very well equipped with all the facilities and the owner left a bunch of cookies, coffee packets and milk for us to have. This small but a very thoughtful gesture was enough to make me give this review (I am not usually a person who gives😅). I only had to call the owner, Andrew, once regarding WiFi, he was very prompt in his response. Really loved the stay. Cheers.

While writing this review, I was trying really hard to critique anything. I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Amazing place and Amazing owner!

Property was really central for Bath town centre, car park located about 3 minutes walk away from the property and even in the snowy conditions the walk into town can’t have been 10 minutes. The property itself was spacious, clean and warm. Facilities were good- tea, coffee etc left in the property for arrival. The restaurants recommendations in the booklet was also super helpful. The check-in instructions were detailed and really, really clear and offered the postcode of the nearest car park etc which made arriving fairly late at night (flexible check in times!) much easier. It was just really comfortable, clean apartment. I booked it really last minute for the Christmas market weekend and only two of us stayed there, I felt it was excellent value for money but the apartment sleeps up to 5 and really did have plenty of space and facilities (2 bathrooms) to comfortably accommodate this.

My only gripe, and it really is petty, was having to strip the beds on our departure under the guise of covid. Though I’ll concede the majority of properties/air bnb’s etc are all still doing for the main part. However, the science says that covid is airborne and very unlikely to be caught from touching it on a surface. It’s a bit of cop-out to keep putting this back onto the guests. No one enjoys wresting a double duvet into or out of its cover- let alone on a Sunday morning before they’ve had any breakfast!

It's quite a comfortable and clean apartment with all the facilities we want. Its design is so good. Its bedrooms are suitable for a family with small children. It's located in a good place to enjoy excursions in the city center. You can contact its manager on the chat easily.

The only thing I didn't like was that one shade of window was broken, but the manager dealt with it during our stay.

Well stocked, comfortable rooms and beds. Good heating and plenty of hot water for good showers. Great to have two bathrooms. Excellent location and convenient parking.

Whilst very comfortable, the apartment needs a thorough clean, especially blinds, rug, lampshades and bottom, hard to reach places. A lick of paint wouldn't go amiss.
