The room was beautiful and comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a little fridge with actual milk (rather than little sachets) and chilled water and biscuits. The whole place just felt as though someone had thought about what you might like in a bed and breakfast and then provided it. Plus there were lots of little notes about the place that made it clear how things worked and were really carefully written to be welcoming rather than "rules". Breakfast was tasty, generous and really easy to order. Loved the fact that it just arrived outside the room. Location is, in my opinion, spot on - I really like this part of Bath. Close to Royal Crescent, the most amazing coffee shop (on Chapel Row I think), the best bookshop (Mr B's) and really east walking distance to the Abbey, Pump Room, Thermal Spa and so on.

Really nothing. These guys are doing a really great job and it felt like they were enjoying it (really hope they are because it really did feel that way!).

The bath house is well positioned to explore all attractions in Bath. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was varied, as much or as little as you need and delicious. Highly recommended.

We love staying at the Bath House and this time we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. The balloons and banners were a lovely touch.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and extremely comfortable. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk into Bath.

The property was fantastic, easy to find, a great location and a 5 min walk into the very centre of Bath City Centre. Plus parking included at the property too! The room was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and quiet. it was great that it had air conditioning too. The breakfast choices were very good and it was great that it was brought to your room where you had a lovely dining table to eat at. Cooked breakfast was always hot and very tasty. The mini fridge was well stocked and there were plenty of teas/coffee etc

location was perfect. just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of bath, but all within an easy walk. free parking was a bonus. nice good sized air conditioned comfortable room. great bathroom. a quality breakfast delivered to your room each morning. the staff were friendly and helpful. honestly I really recommend the bath house for a short stay in bath.

there was nothing we disliked. it was very positive in every respect. many expensive hotels could take a leaf out of their book. this is how it should be done.

Lovely room on 2nd floor with 2 very comfortable single beds, private bathroom with a shower, AC, and room for a small fridge, dining table and chairs and wardrobe. Plenty of natural light as well as lights and lamps. Great to have 2 full length mirrors. Access to iron, ironing board, hairdryer and dressing table mirror. Plenty of sockets. Time enough for a lie-in for a later breakfast with lots of choices, served in your room. Staff and owners super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect with a short walk to the centre of Bath. Leave your car in the free parking space at the back of the property. Space is a little tight but my Mazda 2 fitted perfectly in the single garage. Although the B&B is on a main road it didn't cause any disturbance. It was a perfect stay for 3 nights, wished I could have stayed longer. I would definitely return to The Bath House Boutique B&B in Bath, and wholeheartedly recommend it to family and friends. Thank you for a lovely stay!

A larger TV please as the length of the room made it difficult to watch comfortably to finish off the day with a cup of tea and dessert, and a film curled up in a cosy bed 🙂

Fabulous location, Masie and Tom the live in team on site were excellent hosts . Tom on hearing I only drink soya immediately popped out to the shops to fetch some so I could have a cuppa tea- that’s amazing customer service . The cooked hot breakfast served to your room was way above expectations- perfectly fresh cooked poached eggs and a full English for my husband! The owner was prompt in coming back with any questions and arranged an early check in so we could change for a memorial service we were attending at 2pm. Added bonus air com, fridge and full tea making facilities parking and a four poster bed with a large bathroom - Room 2 was also nice and quiet!

Nothing it was perfect and great value for money snd we will come again- perfect location for a romantic night out in Bath!
