The hotel is a little jewellery box. We had a great stay over 4 nights. One of the best things about the Harington's is its location! Absolutely at the heart of Bath. Everything is just a short walking distance. Our room was on the top floor, room no.12. A small but delightful room. The bathroom was also small but perfect for two. (There are bigger rooms too.) There is no lift but staff helped us with our two huge suitcases. Ladies at the reception are very helpful. Did not eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food, but I am sure it was also up to a high standard. Just like anything else in this hotel. Highly recommend it!

If you have issues with steps ask for a lower floor room as there is no lift. We were happy to climb the stairs, added to our daily step count.:-)

Excellent location (pub right opposite, gin bar, rum bar, shops just around the corner) literally the best location, we walked from the station and it only took about 6 minutes and easy to find. The room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, a very family feel, very cosy and comfortable, would stay here again.

This isn't really the fault of the hotel to be honest but if are in a room below and you are unfortunate to have a heavy footed person above you, it can be quite noisy. But really that's it, there is nothing else to complain about, it's still a great place to stay, just take some ear plugs

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights. We booked a standard room which I didn't realise was on the top floor in the attic. Staff were super friendly especially Heather and dog friendly too! Shower and bed were great. We would definitely stay again but on the lower floor! Location was perfectly central. Glad we reserved a parking space but this is a good 15 minute walk from hotel so not wise to bring too much luggage!

The stairs! Unfortunately there is nowhere on booking.com that states the room that we booked was going to be on the top floor. This may not be an issue for some people but I have a partner who has emphysema so obviously this wasn't ideal. The room was also really claustrophobic and definitely not worth what we paid, but I guess it's supply and demand. In hindsight I should have booked direct with the hotel.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast, and a friendly welcoming team

Overall a bit noisy for me (a light sleeper), from creaky door closers to bin lorries outside in the narrow street early in the morning. Earplugs definitely recommended. Our room was just off reception, split over two levels, and just inside our door was a cleaning cupboard. Staff accessing this cupboard caused some disturbance in the morning as well, and made our space feel less private.

This was a beautifully decorated boutique hotel where it was abundantly clear the staff really know their stuff when it comes to hospitality. Every single member of staff deserves really high praise for their professionalism and attentiveness. Our room, again, beautifully decked out and very clean. We took our dog with us too as they advertised as dog friendly, which they most definitely were. They were probably expecting a much smaller dog but we have a black labrador and they immediately swapped out the dog bed for a bigger one. It was little things like that that really made us feel looked after. And the cleaning staff were amazing when it came to sorting out any mess our pooch left (she's getting her summer coat in so was shedding quite a bit!). Next is the breakfast, absolutely amazing. Best of both worlds with a bit of a cereal, fruit etc buffet style with a made to order option as well. I had the avocado, poached egg and smoked salmon day 1 and the buttermilk pancakes day 2. Both were absolutely delicious! Finally, location was perfect to get around Bath with so much within walking distance, which is perfect as Bath is very anti car. We even managed to walk to the skyline walks which was one of the reasons we were travelling to Bath in the first place. We topped off this long walk with a soak in the hotel's hot tub with a cold beer. Perfection! All around we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you want all round quality, look no further and we will most certainly be back again. Thanks to everyone x

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to cafe's, bars and restaurants. Check-in was nice and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and had everything you would need. It was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. The TV was a little on the small side but we didn't come to Bath to watch TV so it wasn't an issue. It's less than a 10 minute walk to most of the major sights and parking is available a 5 minute walk away. Download the MiPermit app to pay for parking with ease. We didn't have the breakfast as we were booked into the Thermaspa early doors but it was an option if we wanted it.

No complaints - we really enjoyed our stay.

Location superb, easy access to everywhere in Bath. Breakfast wonderful - great choices and fast service. Plenty of character in hotel, Staff very friendly. Bedroom very comfortable

Difficult to park nearby to drop off bags without blocking road outside hotel. (parking is at a public CP five mins walk away. Pub opposite could be a bit noisy late at night/early morning if you have a bedroom facing

Fantastic location, just a short walk to the Abbey, Baths etc and only about 15 mins to station. Lovely room. No aircon but 2 good fans which were definitely needed the night we were there in August. Very helpful reception staff, happy for us to leave luggage both before check in and after checkout, which was much appreciated as we had come by train.

The coffee machine didn't work very well and had no instructions for use. We suspected the problem was partly caused by compatible coffee pods rather than branded Nespresso ones..... slightly disappointing given the quality and price of the hotel.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Comfortable, quiet room. Nice central location as a base for seeing the sites of bath. Good breakfast with a buffet of cerials etc and a cooked breakfast to order.

No on-sight parking but they issued a parking permit which could be used to park in a reserved space at a nearby public car park. The amount charged for the permit was the same as the going rate for that car park. It was a bit inconvenient as you had to walk back and forth at the beginning and end of the stay to collect and return the permit.
