The unit is very thoughtfully planned and equipped, with clear instructions for use of the amenities and tools. Tasteful design too! Great location!

I was not thrilled about the 10.30am check out, as it makes for a very short morning. Adding the 3pm checkin and fees for early arrival / late departure is also not something I was happy about, but since we were leaving on an early train it didn't make a difference. Also, one of the fans in the unit was incredibly dusty and clearly needed a good wipe down.

Self check in, just entered details on IPad and your door then opened for 10 mins for you to enter. It was so clean and tidy, the bed space was amazing with a huge double sofa bed. Shower was amazing with free to use Cow shed products dotted all around the place. If you were staying for a while had great cooking facilities. When we first arrived we got a courtesy phone call to check that everything was okay. If you wanted a drink there was a mini bar provided. There were a couple of fans which were brilliant as it was a warm day. It’s so close to the bars and restaurants we went to and close to where we parked. We parked at the Charlottes Street Carpark which was about a 7/8 minute walk, perfect distance and decent price. We are at the giggling squid which was a 5 minute walk away. All perfect locations. It was such a lovely apartment and customer service was brilliant. Thank you!

Pigeons being very noisy at 5am (can’t be helped haha) The apartment above is also were playing music very loudly at 2am even though they have a quite time between certain hours of the night

Great location, we has a standard studio apartment which was very cozy for 3 people. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was handy. the place was nicely appointed and had all shampoos hand washes and creams for use. it was nice to get bottled water and milk included. location central close to everything. The staff in to office were great we were able to leave our cases before and after check in.

We were four levels up and could still hear the street noise at night. I would recommend trying to get an apartment at the rear side from the main street. we did find the floor did not appear to have been well cleaned, we found hair and grit. The room we chose was only really suitable for 2 once you open the sofa bed there is no room. and a note do not take large suitcases there is only room for small bags or cases. floor space is ver limited.

The room was a great size! Large pull out sofa, small dining table, small kitchen, and a second bed around the corner. (Note: if privacy is a big deal, there's no door to the bedroom) very modernly decorated, was clean and comfortable. There was a hairdryer in the room as well as coffee and tea supplies, and showering supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) We stayed in room number 8. THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS, so if mobility is an issue, ask for a low floor or go somewhere else. It is very nicely located and we were able to easily walk around to all the sightseeing and restaurants! The staff was wonderful! They allowed us to leave our bags with them while we spent our last hours in Bath, before moving on to our next location. There is a contactless check in and check out, go down the alley, and buzz in, let them know you have a reservation, the tablet is on the next floor up. Once you verify your information, it unlocks your door long enough for you to get in the room, and your keys are in there waiting! The building and neighborhood felt very safe and secure. And we loved the view from room 8!

As mentioned above, there are no elevators, so if stairs at the end of a long day would be a bother, this may not be the place for you, and don't book the penthouse as it's on the top floor. 😂 It wasn't a big deal for us though.

Couldn’t ask for a better location in Bath, smooth check in/out process, nice that even though they’re apartments there’s still an office to store bags before and after your stay. Friendly staff, liked that they called after we’d been in the room a little bit to check that everything was okay! Kitchenette was well stocked, lovely fluffy towels and nice to have a table to sit at.

The futon bed was right next to the windows so it was a bit noisy at night but that was sort of unavoidable, earplugs might help. Also could do with some more hooks in the bathroom/hallway to hang stuff, nothing that would put us off returning.

The apartment is in great location and had everything we needed for a short stay. It was clean. We liked the equiped kitchen. The check-in is also easy and you can fill-in the papers in advance, so you could save your time.

There was a 40-minute delay to check-in. Our room wasn’t prepared and we had to wait. It would be great that in such cases travellers were informed at least 2 hours before the arrival. We had a limited time in Bath, so we had planed every minute of our visit. And it was a pitty that we wasted about 1 hour. The stuff was friendly and kind, and apologized us.

Overall Everything was great including central location, cleanliness, comfy mattress, free WiFi. Liked the toiletries including having toner and makeup remover pads very thoughtful. Also it was good to have 2 fans as it was a very warm day.

Smell in the apartment. Yes we were told no lifts but would be better to have known how many flights of stairs so could have packed into smaller trolleys . Could improve by having mugs for tea/ coffee instead of glasses. Hooks on the inside of bathroom.

The location was great, the apartment was a really nice size and had a lovely interior. I liked the use of Cowshed products and I found the bed very comfortable. I would recommend Hiding Spaces if you are coming to visit Bath.

There was a lot of information to understand and a lot of communication before which made the check-in process a little confusing around the iPad system. There were a few digs and scratches around the apartment too and again a lot of information once inside the apartment. Netflix and Youtube options on the TV would have been good.

beautiful decor and excellent location

we had problems accessing the room even with advanced check-in but staff were friendly and swift to rectify. bathroom sink drain was blocked on arrival and for most of our stay but, by the morning we were able to unblock it ourselves. neighbours above us came in late at night and were very noisy walking around and playing music. improved sound proofing might be helpful for future customers.

I liked the interior, modern, comfy and cosy. The Nespresso machine and also loved the products in the bathroom. Also very central (cafes, restaurants) and so close to the Roman Baths!

The colour on the walls could haven been brighter, as the flat is on the ground floor and rather dark. ;-) Because of the ground floor you didn't have much privacy as everybody passing could look in. So next time another floor ;-)
